hey guyz i have a question where do we get the Photoshop Sparkle tubes u noe the movien one and can u use a stamp in to photshop how can we doi than since i have a stamp of sparkle but i dont noe how to use it

hi [: i have PSP X and i've been trying to use my paintbrushes these past few days. im not sure what's wrong, but everytime i put them in a spot they rotate in different directions. the rotation bar is on zero, so i know that's not it. please help me solve this.

i save it as a .png, because it won't lose color and you can upload it to😊
