^^Delete .temp files. Search on Google first.
They use lot of space.

^^ Yeah, its a good practice to clear temp files since they clear the memory up and thereby preventing crashes.

Dynamic link issues are either because the installation somewhere didn't work properly or since most people download it online, some important features are stripped out. Page 1 should come as a rescue to all those facing these issues, other than that extensive research on google/tumblr for solutions is the only choice.

As for gifs, make sure your frames don't go over 80 frames. 80 is still too much, imo. I usually keep it between 40 to 65 because otherwise PS can't take the load and it crashes. It is always better to make more shorter gifs than longer ones that both increase your workload and frustration levels. 😆

well thats the one i downloaded and still notthing i think mine ps doenst want me too make gifs
after such a long time i wanted too try it again but no it doesnt work 😭

X.Shmm- Cs6 has issues. Try cs5 and try searching Wuicktime versions and download. I too have faced this and it did not work, but you try. But your cs3 does not work? Infact I wanted cs3, was best!
