I dunno anything on how to solve this prob.

I read somewhere to wait for a few mins or restarting your comp or try downloading it again.

I just read it on adobe's site.

waiting for a few mins -> well sometime the vid dont respond, that's why its told to wait fr a few mins.

It was suggested. sometime it works, sometimes it don't. so we need to check this. 🤓

Jenny was having the same problem, dunno if it worked for her. you should ask her.
