That means any instagram pics you downloaded don't work. Open Paint programm (Every pc does have this program) open your picture there and save it as JPEG. Click to ok and then open that new saved picture again in Photoshop. It will definitely work. :)

I need a Help...

I make an animated (GIF) file in PSD...

I wanted to Place it over My Static Image which I also Opened in PSD...

but Problem is that if Ill Do it the GIF File Cover the whole Area...

Let Me Explain...

Like I only wanted that My GIF File having Falling Flowers Only Showing in My Static Image of a Woman where Rather than Her hairs, that GIF File of falling Flowers coming/Showing...

Plz Help Me...

I m really a Beginner...

Also tell Me that How does I Slow the Speed of Moving in GIF Files...
