PhotoShop cs5 extended and above can open the following files

So some videos may need conversion. I use screen captures so have not tried importing. I'll try now.

To avoid the dynamic link problem installing cs5 extended with the latest QuickTime, both preferably in the c drive is the best way. I tried it out and it works. That way you don't need screen captures as you can make one directly from the video. But you may need to make sure your video file is in a format QuickTime can open (like .mov) to make it easier. I hope that helps.

What software do you use?

I use CS5, which I think is the best for giffing, cause CS6 can be a tad complicated for giffing !

yeah I use CS6 bt I never had such problems

look at these two same settings bt the outcome😭🤢 I want the outcome as the second one.. I dnt know where I went wrong!!

^^ I bet it's the quality of the video you have used !

Try working with an HD video, and you should be able to get better results :) and go easy on the coloring too cause that tends to give a more grainy effect on the gif, which can be really annoying :)
