You can download Photoshop CC from the adobe website. Unfortunately the cracks aren't working anymore because PS changed some of the coding inside the files or something, so you're going to have to search Google for the license keys.

But you can check out previous versions of Photoshop here, that might work.

It's the silhouette effect. This might help!

Basically, select the object you want as a silhouette with quick selection, then go to layers>new fill>solid color>select none>press ok>choose black from the colours.

I have a question i used sparkle brush on the tag i made but outcome is different like their is whitish background why so can someone tell me how to use spakle brush??
