Sometime i get gif pics from net & when i open that in photoshop these are in Index format 😕 What is index ? And I cant do anything with that Index?? How to make it in layer or any other method to use that pics ??

the blinky stars are brushes, spark ones

you have to do like the following:

Create a New Layer, apply the brush where you like the most.

the duplicate it and move the star just above/down or left/right the previous star.

Then go in the time bar and animate them

But to get these type of effect you need, from what i have learned, first that your text is animated in two layes only or in 4 ones, or it is not animated at all, because to get these effect you need to work only on pairs of layers.

I don't know if you got what i have said

since my other animations were based on 3 layers i had to add another layer for the star too, so i don't get the effect like in the Rules tag but another type of effet.
