even i cannot split video into frames as it says that dynamiclink is currently not working. but n my other laptop i have brought the ps and it says the same thing sometimes, but if you close it and open it again, it will work, but here nothing🤢

For PS CS6 you can always use load stack option and make gif through that, or you an install DynamicLink which I think needs to be bought or something o.O

For the text? Its not a brush but motion blur option. The text layer was duplicated. Outer glow/inner glow added. and the blend mode was set maybe to overlay/soft light. The go to fliter menu --> blur --> motion blur.

For that you will need caps of the scene.. Like regular caps.. which you can take from KMPlayer.

I am not sure Load stack will work there or not as I havent tried but there is a tut by Sri Di which I guess is sure to help you.

I meant the brush on the background of the text.. ohh... is it outer glow??😲😕
