I don't know about VMs and animated siggies or Avi's... but just normals un-animated siggies, I would say Photoshop is the best! :) So I would recomment photoshop for that :)

You can make animated siggies and avs...too in Photoshop..

Just u need to download other softwares too for avis..and all..

Even I will recommend PS...as its good..and most of the people use PS..so it will be good to get help too...

^^Yu duplicate the same text and then make one of the text as blurred to make that blur go to Filter>>Blur>>Motion blur and set all the things as yu want and ok and make sure the text yur blurring is under neath the duplicate text hope yu got it madhura?

@ayesha i would say best software is adobe photoshop myself i use it as well! but i m not as pro as many others out here~

when you download adobe photoshop package, u will find adobe imageready in it as well! which is in my opinion best software to make avis 😊!

ps: if someone is having difficulty in makin avis still i wont mind putting tuto here 😛
