OK!!!! i would suggest u to download Windows live Movie Maker 2011.
if i have understood it well to tu nay 10 min ki video mein say 3 min ka portion layna hai then download as i said WLMM 2011.aur kuch ka to mujhay nahi pata😕😆After downloading it trim option select kar lay u can cut ur video

Its something called "GLOW" in photoshop i guess or an action .If it is an action then u need to download it 😊

write the word u want ...like i want gallery ..
den select tat word press this hyperlink button
put ur link in "adress"box (make sure u remove d startin http:// from ur link since it is already der)
click ok
it will come out like dis gallery

pls tell if u din get it !
