@ jenny1000:I am not much familiar to PSP scripts..but i was searching and got that there is no easy way.. if u have PS then follow the steps in action and repeat it in PSP..but problem is u may not have same features..
Otherwise ,,u have to edit the action with hex converter to read them in script and again convert in english and apply it in PSP as PSP may not recognise some of it...Gosh..seems like lot of work!!
Aki..it 's called "Dotted border"..check out in google for more tut's if u can't understand mine.
It's actually very easy like dashed border i sent u link remember?😳
Open a new document of 2 * 2 pixels(i know just very small)..now goto "Pencil" tool ,take 1 pixel brush and make some this like this
Then goto Edit>Define pattern!..Give a name!
Now select u r siggy.. Rightclick on layer>Goto stroke
Size:1 pixel,Position: Inside
Pattern: Select the pattern (above) which u just defined now from drop-down list!!Ok
