i use psp version 8...but can t find tht tool!...its wud b gr8 if u cud make a screenshot

Thnx for the PSP 7 link. It works. How can I add glitter border to it. Cuz i tried all da tutorials. N when I go on effects n go on noise I cant click on it. Cuz it wudnt let me. 😭

I don't have PSP 8 anymore, I made screenshots of PSP 9, shouldn't be different for that tool 😊

Here you see the toolbar on the left side where one tool is chosen:

If you click on the small black arrow beside it, you'll have three tools shown, these:

And there you see this lasso tool:
