I wud have appreciated if she behaved more like a 20 year old rather than a woman as matured as a 30+.

she is not matured at all. first she loved a man who is double her age. second, she stole her own sister's love. Third, instead of being courageous, she always cries. I dont see any of her actions as a matured woman do.

Well, Simran is so-called matured and does the same all the time:
1. Married a man 10 years younger to her 😉
2. She also never let her sister Kavita live in peace. 😕
3. Cries all the time, no matter what 😃

Like mother like daughter 😛

hmm completely agree.

I was trying to point out her too-good-to-be-true nature... like how she handled Abhi when Sim met with the accident... the way she consoles Abhi and family... I wish she acted her own age.

Sia is definitely not an ideal actress. I used to like her before when they would show her for approximately 5 minutes each episode😉😛

But as her role started to increase, I realized that I'm not too fond of her character because she overacts all the time😳 She always looks like she is trying too hard, either to be cute or mature. Either way, she fails miserably😳 No offence intended to Sia fans😊

But I guess we have no choice but to accept her, she is Simran's daughter so we might as well get used to her😊

I basically agree with all that you said but I think a lot of Kavita's problems with Simran were her own doing.

I mean She runs to Simran when she was pregnant with her drug addict lover's child and said "I needed your support" but then hates her guts later for no good reason (before she had her hysterectomy). I personally think she was highly jealous of Simran and insulted her badly during her pregnancy but fortunately she realized and repented later.

About Simran fallling in love with someone 10 years younger - yes, that was a bit strange..I agree though in some ways Sia and Simran are similar - though Sia seems even bigger for her boots than Simran was😊

I fast forward on my dish receiver, whenever I see Sia. With all the good looking and talented actresses we have in India, Sia is a misfit. Its not just the looks or her thin hair, her acting. The way she bends her lips when she smiles. She bulges out her double chin when crying or talking. Gives an impression that she might throw up any minute. All the lasy characters in Astitva look so dignified, Sia is a total misfit. She must be the producer's relative to have gotten this role.
