It can not be per episode as I read somewhere that Nikki takes 20,000 per episode. Had it been 8 lakhs per episode, I'm sure Nikki will die of heart attack or will be ready to wear real 55+ year old getup. She will hardly walk to give competition to Badola's walking style.

It can be per month and in that case, 8 lakhs is what approx. Nikki makes every month too.
