Can someone explain me this about the shares of Sarte?
In the initial episodes, half shares were given to Hayat as the payment of debt towards her grand father.
And later Emre had also transferred his shares in Hayat's name..
this makes Hayat the majority owner of Sarte as her share is approximately 67%
And later Murat had only transferred his part of shares (16.6%) to Doruk.
Hayat still had her share. This makes her entitled for the services of the company property and also doesn't make Doruk the sole owner.
