Part 19(a)
Riya's POV
'Oh God!! Arjun Sir is near the switch. Please God help him.'
I think as I heard Shree directed the location of bomb's main switch.
We got to know from Shree that his devices, which We (Arjun and Riya) planted inside the house, detected the bomb in the house. Later Arjun Sir, after one full day bed rest, found out that Raunak and Deny was secretly going towards basement at one O'clock in morning. This connect the dots and brought out the conclusion that the bomb was planted in the basement.
I had made a rough sketch of Basement according to my knowledge and with the help of it, we made the plan to get inside without letting the goons know. As Shree already got the information about the switch being planted inside the Mazaar, where some celebrities were going to came to attend the occasion, which usually caused police to think that any bomb's switch or bomb can't be operated from there as there was a strict security. So now we are here to off the main bomb's switch which can destroy half city.
'Pheww!! Rathod Sir ki taraf ka bomb tou defused hogya. Please God iss switch ko bhi decode karwado.' I prayed again.
...
"Shree!! Ye timer show kar rha hai. Ab ye kya hai?" I heard Arjun Sir speak in frustration before he send some more pictures of the switch to Shree. Sir also said "Timer says 15 minutes."
I turn towards Shree to know what does it means and saw Shree was gulping down his fear before replying "Sir, it means we only have 15 minutes left or else..."
On hearing this, I gasped.
But again Arjun Sir asked calmly "Okay Shree. Now tell me, Did you decode it or Did you got any solution." I know Arjun Sir is also tensed ,not for him but, for the innocent peoples. But he calm himself to not let us panic, which isn't good in this situation.
Soon Shree got the idea to decode the switch and he start explaining the process to Arjun sir.
Soon after almost 10 minutes they decode the switch, disconnect all the bomb and saved their city.
But when, I turn to run towards Arjun Sir in my happiness ,after hearing Rathod Sir words "Well done, team. We did it." I saw someone in suspicious outfit going towards Arjun Sir, I got alert and run after that person. But before I can reach Arjun Sir, I felt strong pain in the back of my head soon after which everything started to fade away from my vision and darkness engulf me. But the last thing I remembered ,before I lost my conciousness, was the voice of breaking and crushing of something while I was being dragged.
Everything is black, only black not a light to even feel my eyesight. 'Am I dead or I am in between the life and death?' My thought got interrupted by an unbearable pain in the back of my head which cause me to almost scream in pain, almost. Because instead of yelp or scream, i heard only slight muffled whimper came out of me which soon cause me to understand the situation, as I feel my mouth being gagged. Something like cloth was tied on my mouth, which didn't allow any voice to escape.
But when I try to move my hands to untied the cloth from my mouth, I realized that not only my mouth but my eyes, hands and legs are also tied while I am laying on something cold and rough like metal. I wasn't able to move an inch other than wriggle in my place only.
'Oh God! How I end up here? All tied up and all.' As Soon as I thought this, realisation dawn upon me one after other like a thunder strike directly on me.
'Oh freak! It means I was kidnapped by them when I went behind them in attempt to alert Arjun Sir.'
But my musing was interrupted by someone's laughter. "Hahaha.. Looks like our little wild kitten is awake." The person said in between his laugh, which followed by few chuckles of other people present there as I tried to speak something but my words got muffled again due to the gag.
'Oh no! They are more than one. I have to do something. But how? Umm. Think Riya think.' Again my thoughts got interrupted by the same person, which I think is the boss or leader here because whenever he starts speaking silence spread in between the others.
"Don't stress yourself so much, beautiful. Just leave the thinking department to us and enjoy your visit here till you are put on something very useful." The same man said, maybe he saw my frown but his words disgust me. I tried to snap back at him but again my words got muffled.
But soon I felt something creeping up on my skin and I froze.
'Am I nak...' before I could complete my thought, it turn into reality. As I felt one hand of my torso near my ribs and other above my knee near thigh. I feel disgusted of myself. 'How did I ended up like this - without clothes? Arjun Sir!!' I thought as tear slip down my blindfold while another disgusting hand rub it. I felt disgusted of myself.
"Don't cry, Darling. This isn't even start of what you are going to go through. You know your team is celebrating as they save their country but what about you? Oh yeah! Another sacrifice to save their country. After all it is your duty. Right? But because of you and your team we had to escape from our gang to save ourselves from our boss. Your team failed our plan of destroying city and now my boss is hungry of my blood. So you have to bear the punishment for your and your team's work." Said the man in his rude and disgusting voice.
"All the best, Senior Inspector Riya Mukherjee." He again said, while shivers run down my spine. Soon after some shuffling sound, scream left my throat though only whimper came out of my mouth due to the cloth, as something like a whip strike my thighs.
After 3-4 strikes, I started to feel light headed while there is a numbing pain in my stomach, thighs and chest because of the strikes. I heard the same man said "Wait. I will first have her then we will continue with her punishment. Later you all can have." I was shocked hearing his words, I even miss the sound of shufling and running footsteps in my shock state because only one thought kept going in my mind 'ARJUN SIR' which I tried to scream too. "Aaayuun Thirrr".
While a body came on top of me, I tried to wriggle or push with all my strength but nothing was capable to break the ropes which had tied me up, other than increase in rope burns. Soon the strength, which I was putting up till now, left me.
*THUD*
I heard the sound of breaking door before I passed out after letting the last scream of "Aaayuun!!" (Arjun!)
