International Airport - London, UK

April 9^th, 2010. 8: 30 PM

A girl wearing blue skinny jeans, a white crop top and a jacket was waiting at the arrival gate of the airport. She was excited to see his best friend and her mentor; she was again and again looking in her iPhone for checking the time.

At the same time she was a man walking out of the gate wearing dark blue jeans and a button black shirt with a luggage trolley, he looked here and there finding someone and when he looked at the girl he was looking for he smiled a little and walked towards her.

The girl also walked towards him with a huge grin plastered on her face and hugged him tightly and he too reciprocated the hug.

"Arjun I missed you so much" the girl said to the man breaking the hug and looking him into the eyes.

"I missed you too Riya" Arjun said with a small smile.

Arjun and Riya had first met each other accidentally in commissioner sirs' office regarding some work. Riya being her enthusiastic self ha bumped into Arjun who was walking by, that was their first meet and first fight too. When Riya had bumped into Arjun, Arjun had blasted on her and her carelessness and other thing which had turned into a heated argument soon after it.

But to say that was only the start of an amazing friendship as Riya like to put it as. After the first meet soon they were informed that they were going to go to an undercover mission together, Arjun as the head and Riya as the research specialist. No doubt Riya was good in research and fighting, even to her surprise once Arjun had indirectly had appreciate her that qualities, but the only quality Riya had lacking was the use of guns and ammunition which was her weak point and Arjun had made sure that would be changed by the end of the mission and it indeed did change. Arjun had trained her to use the guns and other ammunition fluently.

Till the end of the mission these two had become best friends of each other and did share everything with each other. Riya knew about Roshni and Sameer and everything. When the mission was completed successfully and by seeing the way and the progress of Riya she was transferred to London and was an international research specialist and no doubt now a senior inspector too. And to say about Arjun he got into ETF as Sheen was kidnapped at that period of time.

Though Arjun and Riya were miles apart still they continued their friendship they used to call each other or Skype. Riya used to ask him about the query which would trouble her and he would answer it like a good mentor.

When yesterday Arjun called Riya and said that he was coming Riya was happy yet confused for the sudden notice but she ignored it and convinced herself to ask it when they are face to face with each other.

Riya's House - London, UK.

April 9^th, 2010. 9: 30 PM

"God I'm tried" said Riya and collapsed onto the couch in the living room of the house. When Riya and Arjun reached Riya's house, Riya thought it would be great to settle down Arjun first in his room which was opposite to Riya's room.

Which in end only Riya herself did, she arranged his all the things and Arjun just sat and watched her doing it and blabbing about god knows what.

"Arjun do you like Chinese food?" Riya suddenly asked in return Arjun just nod his head and looked at Riya. Riya picked up her phone and order some Chinese take out for them.

"So dinner is coming, till then what do you want to do?" Riya asked Arjun

"Me?" Arjun questioned, "Riya you out of all people know I'm such a bored to be with" Arjun said

"That's not true. You are interesting, just this I'm-An-Angry-Young-Man persona of yours don't let you do anything fun'" Riya said, "C'mon I have seen that fun loving person under this shadow, I still remember during our undercover you at time were so fun that shocked me out of guts I swear" Riya continued making Arjun laugh at her. Arjun too remember will they were on mission together at times Arjun let himself loose and enjoyed the things with Riya and made her enjoy it too.

"Okay! But right now I can't think of anything Riya" Arjun reasoned, "So why don't you start? I mean you sure can't keep quiet for long unless you are asleep" Arjun continued with a slight chuckle.

"Arjun!" Riya shouted and threw a pillow towards him which Arjun dodged very skilfully. "Fine I will start with some serious question which I'm waiting to ask from yesterday" Riya said

Arjun knew this was coming and he also knew he have to answer it to her truthfully so he just told her to continue with whatever question she have to ask.

"Till how long are you over here?" Riya asked her first question

"I don't know" Arjun sighed, "Riya I don't know how long I'm here maybe few days or few months, years or forever? I don't know"

"Okay?" Riya doubted that something major had happen so lightened the mood he said, "So I will answer that question, you are staying over here like forever. You will be my bodyguard, a handsome bodyguard"

This made Arjun laughed and Riya too joined him, "So question number 2 are you ready" Riya asked as if she was taking a quiz sorta thing

"Ready as I will ever be mam'" Arjun said with small smile, He just noticed it from time he had landed to UK he had being smiling and laughing a lot which for some odd reason is making him happy and satisfied too.

"So what happened?" Riya said, "I mean I know you for so long Arjun unless or until something had happen you would have never left ETF were your best buddy works" Riya continued.

"Sameer, ETF, Sakshi, it was getting in my head," Arjun said and narrated the fight which yesterday before calling her took place, "It was too much Riya, even Sam didn't understand me he was hell bend to hear me saying yes, but my heart wasn't ready"

Riya could feel the hurt that Arjun was feeling right now, Sameer had put down Arjun second time. Which Riya knew hurt Arjun the most? Riya understand that Sameer was worried for Arjun but forcing someone was not the right thing to do when the person clearly stated his answer. Riya consoled Arjun and promised him that she will never force him on someone well except from some escorts and hookers which made Arjun laughed.

Riya always knew how to make Arjun feel right and happy, which is why when Arjun took the decision to leave Mumbai and India the first thought that came to his mind was Riya only reason he flew over the sea to here.
