LAST CHAPTER:
A big elegant house. A party is going on. Party is going on in full mood. Whole team of ETF is present there.
When Sameer went back to headquarter team told him the whole story. Sameer's blood boiled in anger. He so wanted to kill that Sikandar with his own hands. But his hands were tied. After one hour Arjun came in the office like a storm. He informed them about a possible attack in Sikandar's party.
So, now they are here at the party waiting for the killer to show up. They even informed Sikandar about the possible attack. Though Sikandar didn't pay much heed to them. He assured them that the killer wouldn't be able to enter as the security is very tight.

She waited in a dark corner. People were moving around her. She was not listening to anything. Her eyes were fixed on Sikandar. He was smiling and talking to others. Her hand tightened around the butt of her knife. She calmed herself. Now is not the time. She will have to wait. She is Sakshi Anand. She doesn't hurry. She waits and watches. And this is the most tough but important mission for her. She will have to finish this at any cost.

Arjun was looking here and there. He didn't even eat anything. He was not in mood for that. Sikandar came to him.
Sikandar: Arre ACP sahab aap kuch le kiyu nehi rahe hai?
Arjun forced a smile.
Arjun: No thank you. I am not hungry.
Sikandar kept a hand on Arjun's shoulder. Arjun felt as if some slimy creature full of mud was touching him. But he kept a straight face.
Sikandar: But it will make me really happy.
Arjun was having a hard time controlling himself.
Arjun: Thank you. But no thanks. I am not hungry.
Sikandar shrugged his shoulder and went away from there. The clocked chimed. It was 12 o'clock sharp.

Sakshi heard the chimes and move. It was time. Finally the time came she waited for years. She smiled and ran her hand over the butt of the knife. After her parents died a good man gave her shelter. He taught her to be brave. He taught her to be a fighter. He made the knives for her. He told her to make good use of them. She promised that the knives will never taste the blood of any innocent. And she kept her promise. Her eyes fall on Arjun. Tears started rolling down her eyes. But she wiped them off. Now is not the time. She again focused on Sikandar. He was busy in laughing. He was busy in opening Champaign bottle. She opened her mask and moved in his vision of eye. He saw her and started smiling thinking her as another guest but soon it wiped out as he recognized her. She smiled mind. That's what she wanted. She wants him to recognize his death. She smiled a cruel smile. She wants him to feel his death. She wants him to wither and die. Quick death is not for him. She let another few seconds pass then she throw her knife straight at his heart.

Everybody screamed seeing the knife at his chest. Startling Arjun looked here and there. All went to him. Nobody dared to touch the knife. Blood was coming out like flowing river. Perhaps Sikandar also realized that there is no chance. He desperately tried to move.
Arjun looked here and there and spotted a masked girl sitting in the balcony. She was preparing to jump. He recognized his Sakshi. Hot tears found its way down. Security and team ETF also noticed her. They ran to her.
Arjun raised his gun and shoot 4/5 times in her chest. One, two, three, four, five. She received that gift from her love with great pleasure. She closed her eyes. All the years she spend with her parents came in front of her eyes. Her time with Shree came in front of her eyes. Hot tears stung her eyes. Smiling face of parents came in front of her eyes. Her little brother and sister were also there. All of them were smiling and waving at her. She smiled and waved at them. Then she opened her eyes. Arjun was looking straight at her eyes. Peace at last. She smiled a last smile then fall directly in the mighty river.

A beautiful isolated part. Arjun was walking through the shades of trees. Six months passed since that incident. After the incident Sikandar had been taken to hospital. He was alive for whole one hour. He felt blood oozing out from his wound. He felt his life force dimming by each second. He knew there was no chance. He tried to scream on top of his lungs but he couldn't.
Shree and Adi got married. They live in Dubai now. Sameer and Aisha got engaged. One day out of blue Sameer proposed Aisha and she agreed. Shreekant Sen started looking out to spend as much time as he can with his jani dushman Liza D'cruise.
A lot of things changed. Suddenly his eyes fall on a girl wearing a light pink kurti with salwar. Her white dupatta was flowing in the air. A small smile appeared in his face. Sensing his presence that girl turned around.
Arjun: Hello Sakshi the bookworm.
Sakshi smiled at his antics.
Sakshi: Hello ACP Arjun Rawte.
Arjun laughed out loud. He went to her and sat in the grass behind her. He linked his fingers around hers. Sakshi looked at their entwined fingers and smiled. Arjun's eyes fall on the sindoor of her partings. Arjun pulled her to him and hugged tightly. A content sigh escaped them. They are together now. That's all matters.
Flashback-
After Arjun left Sakshi closed the door and slid down to the floor. She lost him forever. She knew this will happen. She knew he will leave her once he get know the truth. No matter what reason might be crime is always a crime to him. Didn't know how long she stayed like that. Or how long she would've but the sudden sound of ringing bell brought her out of her trance. She wiped her tears and opened the door. Arjun was standing there with a packet in hand. Sakshi grimaced.
Sakshi: Kya bat hai ACP sahab? Proof mil gya? Ya dhondne ayi ahi?
Arjun didn't answer just entered the apartment. Sakshi closed the door and turned to him. Without answering Arjun handed her a packet. Sakshi became a bit puzzled.
Sakshi: Iss mein kya hai?
Arjun: Ek bullet proof jacket aur ek mask.
Now Sakshi became puzzled. This was not what she expected. She raised her eyebrows.
Arjun: Maine waha tumhe jane ke lye mana kya tha. Uss killer ko jane se mana nehi kya. Tum waha yeh vest aur mask pehenke javoge. Make sure no one recognize you. After you kill that bug of hell you will climb the railing. I will shoot you at the chest. Then you will jump in the river. Sabko yehi lagega ki maine tumhe mar dala.
Arjun went closer and cupped her cheeks.
Arjun: Isske bad haam nye se ek jindeg suru karenge. You, me, and Shree. Tum..tum mujse shadi karogi?
Tears were flowing down from her eyes. He did understand. He did understand what it meant to her. She nodded and hugged him tight. Arjun hugged her back. He hugged the girl with whom he fallen in love again. Who made a very important place in his heart. Who face so many hardship and misery in her life that it became necessary to rip out the root of all this. He slowly placed a kiss in his forehead and placed his chin over her head.
Flashback Ends
It was time to go home. Arjun got up and help Sakshi getting up in her feet. Arjun placed one hand around her and another in her swollen belly. She is carrying his child and is four month pregnant. Now their life is complete. They have so many friends around them. They are going to have their first children. But mainly they have each other with them.
