Chapter 6

Arjun was sleeping peacefully in his room. His sleep got disturbed when he heard the word Good morning

Yawning Arjun said Good morning and then his eyes widened in surprise.

Arjun: Kaun ho tum? Aur mere kamre main kya karrahi ho?

Sakshi: Arjun abhi bhi neend main ho kya? Apni dono aankhen kholke dekho main hi hoon. Mujhe yaha dekhkar itne hairaan kyu horahe ho?

Arjun: Main matlab kaun ho tum? Mere ghar main Sakshi naam ki ek ladki rehti thi vo kaha hain?

Sakshi: Arjun mazak bahut hogaya. Ab utjao aur coffee peelo. Maine apne haathon se coffee banaya tumhaare liye

Hairaan kaise na hoon? Tum achaanak se yu mere kamre main coffee lekar aavogi toh hairaani toh hogi na? Aur maine abhi tak brush nahi kiya hain toh baad main peeloonga tumhaari coffee. Saying this he got up from his bed and was moving towards washroom when Sakshi caught his hand and turned him towards her

Kahi nahi jaarahe ho tum. Pehle coffee piyo phir jaha jaana hain jaavo Sakshi said in a stubborn voice

Arjun smiled at her antics and said Accha toh zabardasti karrahi ho mere saath. Not fair Sakshi. Dekhloonga tumhe. He took coffee cup from her hand & started drinking coffee. Hmm I must say coffee acchi bani hain Arjun said looking towards Sakshi.

Ye toh kuch bhi nahi hain bahut kuch banaleti hoon main Sakshi said proudely.

Handing over the coffee cup to her hand Arjun teasingly said haan haan pata hain Bread aur Jam hi tumhaare "Bahut" ka matlab hoga haina?

Sakshi frowned her brows and said Don't underestimate me Arjun Rawte. Ab dekho main kya karti ho. She left towards kitchen.

Raghu nodded his head and said pata nahi kitchen ka kya haal honewaala hain aaj. Looking upwards he said Bappa bachaale mujhe.

After freshening up he came to kitchen and he was shocked seeing kitchen's state. Nothing was there in its place. Saari cheeze idar udar bikri huwi thi. Phir his gaze went towards Sakshi and stopped on her itself. She was looking mesmerizing even with Aata all over her face, hands. She was trying to cut the vegetables with great attention. He leaned on the door and was enjoying her antics. She was running all over the kitchen. He was so lost looking at her. His trance broke when Sakshi hissed in pain. He ran towards her and asked kya huwa Sakshi? Haath jalgaya mera Sakshi said. He turned on the tap and brought her hand under water. Abhi saara dard chalajaayega don't worry. Ye sab karneki kya zaroorat thi tumhe? Agar tumhe kuch hojaata toh mera kya hota? He blurted out everthing which was in his heart without even thinking what he was saying. Sakshi was trying to figure our what he said. He then closed his eyes and said mera matlab main maa, papa ko kya javaab deta agar tumhe kuch hojaata toh. Aur haan aaj ke baad tum ye experiments karne kitchen nahi aavogi samji? Bread jam hi banalo main wahi khaaloonga he glared towards her and said

Sakshi: I'm sorry Arjun. Main tumhe kitne din wahi bread jam khilaavoongi isliye socha kuch aur banaleti hoon tumhaare liye par main kuch bhi banahi nahi paayi.

Seeing her saddened face Arjun mellowed down and said Sakshi please sad math ho. That's ok yaar. Sabko ek hi din main sab kuch nahi aajaata. Dheere dheere tum bhi seekjaavogi. Par abkeliye tum please baahar jao main do minute main aaya

After Sakshi left the kitchen re-arranging the things he came out taking first aid kit in his hand. Haath do apna Arjun said. Like a obedient child she kept her hand on his hand. Burnol lagaraha hoon thoda sa jalega teek hain Arjun said. Hmm was the only word she could utter. When he started applying burnol on her burnt hand she clutched his shoulder with her right hand. Ahh!!! Arjun jalraha hain dheere se please. A shiver ran down in his viens. Composing himself Arjun blew air on her hand. Ab dard kam huwa he asked looking at her. Hmm feeling much better now she said. Arjun maa ke guzarne ke baad main bilkul akeli padgayi thi. Itne saalo ke baad aisa koi mila hain jo meri itna care karta ho, I'm blessed to have you in my life Arjun.

Wiping her tears Arjun said Sakshi even I'm blessed to have you in my life, sacche dost bahut kam milte hain iss duniya main. I'm very lucky to have one like you. Accha chalo court jaana nahi hain kya aaj? Already late hochuke hain hum. Baahar hi kuch khaalenge. Ya phir tumne mujhe divorce deneka iraada badal diya Arjun mischeiveously asked her to lighten the mood.

Nahi Mr.Arjun Rawte maine iraada badla nahi hain. 5 minute aati hoon main Sakshi said. They both went to the court. Their they were given 6 months time to re-think about their decision. When Arjun came out he saw Sakshi thinking deeply. Keeping his hand on her shoulders he asked yehi sochrahi hona ki 6 mahine mere saath kaise rahogi? Jaha tak mujhe pata hain Mumbai main tum kisiko jaanti nahi ho aur apne Papa ke ghar toh tum jaavogi nahi. Tum chaaho toh hamaare ghar main tum rehlo main apne kisi dost ke saath rehloonga Arjun said.

Saare decisions tum hi loge ya mujhe bhi kuch decide karne doge Sakshi asked crossing her arms. Ofcourse you can Arjun said. Toh suno mera decision ye hain ki main tumhaare saath hi rahoongi jab tak purab nahi miljaata. Baad main tum apne raaste aur main apne raaste teek hain? Sakshi asked. Ok madam as you say Arjun said smiling. Toh chalo main tumhe ghar pe drop kardoonga aur phir studio jaavonga. Nahi Arjun tum jaavo. Vo kya haina mujhe saree pehenkar bike par baitna nahi aata. Main ghirgayi toh Sakshi said innocently. Mujhe pakadkar baito main tumhe girnenahi doonga. Ab aajavo baito Arjun said starting his bike. She clutched his shoulders tightly. He smiled seeing her tightly closed eyelids through side mirror. Through out the way he was stealing glances at her. When bike stopped without opening her eyes she asked kya huwa Arjun? Bike kyu rokdi? He chucked and said Poora Mumbai ghoomne ka iraada hain kya? Ghar aagaya utro. Accha Sakshi suno tumhaare liye ek surprise hain. Ghar jaavo aur dekho fatafat Arjun said. Surpirse? Really? Abhi jaati hoon she ran towards her flat. Paagal. Kabhi kabhi choti bacchi banjaati hain. Beta Arjun late hona hain kya chal jaldi se he mumbled to himself and left towards studio.

Night when he came back dinner was served at the dining table. Wow!!! Dinner ready hain? Tumne banaya hain he teased Sakshi. Very funny!!! Waise Surprise bahut accha tha Arjun. Khaana bananekeliye maid rakha tumne mereliye that's so sweet of you. Abh dekhna unse seek keh main tumhaare liye tasty tasty dishes banavoongi she said happily. Baad main seek lena pehle khaana toh doh mujhe, pet main choohe baangda karrahe hain he said walking towards his room. Fresh hoke aajaavoon jaldi se dono saath main khaayenge she said from the kitchen.

Inn 6 mahino main dono paas aayenge ya ek doosre se hamesha keliye door jaayenge ye jaanekeliye thoda sa intezaar.
