Part-5 "Good Morning Mumma!" Shanaya smiled and took blessings of Mrs. Malhotra. "Jeete Raho Mera Baccha! Sada Suhagan Raho!" Mrs. Malhotra blessed her with all her heart.. "Good Morning Anu Di.." She smiled and greeted Anamika. "Good Morning Shanaya.." Anamika smiled back. "Main aap dono ki naashta banane me help kardu?" She asked.. "Arrey! Nahi Beta..Nayi Bahu se itni jaldi kaam nhi karwate. Kal hi toh teri shaadi hui hai.. Par haan aaj tera pehla din hai na..Is Ghar me, toh issi khushi me aaj tujhe sirf meetha banana hai.. Shagun bhi hai aur ek rasm bhi.." Mrs. Malhotra added.. "Thik Hai Mumma! Kya Banau?" She asked.. "Ek kaam kar.. Moong Dal ka halva bana de. Sabko ghar me bohot pasand hai aur Shaleen ka favorite hai.. Waise wo jyaada meetha khata toh nhi par Cakes,Ice-Creams Gulab Jamun Aur Moong Dal Halva uska favorite hain.. " Mrs. Malhotra replied. "Ohh!! Toh patidev ko halwa bahut pasand hai..Dont Worry! Aisa halwa khilaungi ki Yaad Rakhega!" Shanaya smirked in mind..

"Ji Mumma!" She smiled.. "Anamika bata degi tujhe ki kaunsi cheez kahaan rakhi hai..Theek hai?" Mrs. Malhotra asked to which she nodded.. "Aur main zara Gurudaware mattha tek ke aaun..Rab Ji ne meri itni badi muraad puri ki hai..Unki meher hum par aisi hi banni rahe.." Mrs. Malhotra walked out of the kitchen While Anamika told Shanaya about the kitchen which thing was kept where.. And Soon after that Shanaya roasted the Moong Dal for the Halwa.. "Kitni acchi khushboo aa rhi hai kitchen se..Kya bann raha hai aaj naashte me? Kuch Special?" Mr. Malhotra asked Nishant sniffing the smell.. "Papa! Bhul gye? Aaj Shanaya ki pehli rasoi hai.. Zarur kuch meetha bana rahi hogi.." Nishant answered.. "Accha hai.. Kuch accha khane ko milega naashte me!" Mrs. Malhotra smiled.. Just then Shaleen came downstairs.. Dressed in a Crisp White Shirt And Blue Jeans.. "Ahaa..Moong Dal ke halwe ki khushboo!" He spoke sniffing the smell.. "Maa banaa rahi hain kya?" He asked excitedly.. "Shaleen! Maa ke haath ke banne khane ki nhi Shanaya ke haath ke banne khaane ki aadat daal le.." Nishant chuckled.. "Aaj uski pehli rasoi hai isliye wo hi halwa banaa rahi hai.. Maa toh gurudware gyi hai.." "Kya? Shanaya banaa rhi hai?" Shaleen asked. "Haan Baba! " Mr. Malhotra answered.. "Pata nhi kya banayegi? Kahi moong dal ke halwe ka Moong Ki Daal hi na banaa de!" His mind spoke.. Meanwhile In The Kitchen.. "Shan?" Anamika asked while stuffing the Parathas.. "Ji Di?" Shanaya asked, crushing the pistachios.. "Kal raat acchi neend aayi na? Devar Ji ne zyaada tang toh nhi kiya..??" Anamika asked naughtily.. Shanaya's face flushed.. "Yeh kya puch rhi hain? Ab main inko kya bataun?" her mind grinned.. "Ummm...H..Haa..Haan Di..Acchi N..Neend..Aa..Aayi..Pareshaan zyaada nhi kiya unhone.." She replied.. "Kya din aa gye hain? Ab uss duffer ko bhi mujhe Unhe Unko Unhone kehkar bulana padega..!!!" She cursed him silently.. "Chalo! Accha hai..Par Im warning u haan? Devar ji is a hopeless romantic!"

She chuckled.. "Ji Di..Point Noted!" Shanaya smiled.. "Uske romance ki toh main band bajaungi..!!" She thot silently.. Half An Hour Later.. All were seated at the dining table. Anamika along with the maid brought out the breakfast dishes..After which Shanaya entered carrying the halwa bowl in her hands.. After Anamika served the breakfast.. Shanaya served the halwa in the dessert bowls.. "Aaj pehle main yeh halwa khaa ke dekhunga.. Zara dekhun toh? Meri Beti kaisa halwa banati hai..??" All agreed and tasted the halwa first.. "Waah! Kya swaad hai! Yeh toh bohot accha banaa hai.." Mr. Malhotra exclaimed in happiness.. "Maine kaha tha na aapse? Meri Shan bahut accha khana banati hai.." Mrs. Malhotra smiled.. Nishant praised her cooking too.. "Shanaya yahaan aaiye Bete!" Mr. Malhotra called her.. Shanaya moved towards him.. "Yeh raha aapka Shagan..Itna accha halwa banane ke liye!" He kept 2000/- in her palm and blessed her.. "Thank You Papa Ji.." She smiled and was about to touch his feet.

When he stopped her.. "Iski zaoorat nhi hai Beta! Mera Aashiwaad humesha aapke saath hai.." Mr. Malhotra smiled making Shanaya smile too! "Kya hua Shaleen? Khaa na? Tabse dekh rahi hunn Chup Chap baitha hai.." Mrs. Malhotra urged Shaleen who was sitting quietly for a while now.. "Umm..Maa? Aapko nhi lagta ki isme ghee kuch zyaada hai?" Shaleen finally spoke eyeing the halwa.. "Ji..Yeh Moong Dal ka halwa hai Ghee se hi banega paani se nhi.." Shanaya spoke extra sweetly.. "Haan..I know that but isme toh kuch extra ghee hai.." Shaa replied.. "Agar tu khaa lega toh kya ho jayega?" Mrs. Malhotra asked.. "Maa? Aapko pata bhi hai ki itna ghee khane ke baad meri kya haalat hogi?? Phir saare din gym me workout karna hoga!!" He answered.. "Toh accha hoga na. Tumhari Shakal dekhne ko nhi milegi..!!" Shanaya mumbled.. "Chup Chap khaa le! Kitne pyaar se Shanaya banaya hai..Ek din thoda extra ghee khaa lega toh mota nhi ho jaana hai tune.." Mrs. Malhotra chided her son.. Shaleen groaned and started eating. Shanaya Chuckled

"Moong Dal ka halwa bohot pasand hai na patidev? Ab khao! Aur apna weight badhao..!! Jaan bujh ke maine dher saara ghee daala tha!!" She smirked evily.. After the breakfast was done away.. Shanaya And Anamika were clearing the table when.. "Shanaya? Beta naashte ke baad jaake jaldi se taiyaar ho jaana.." Mrs. Malhotra said.. "Kyun Mumma?" She asked.. "Kuch nhi..Aaj wo teri muhdikhaai ki rasm honi hai.. Padoos ki auratein bhi aayengi aur saath me Shaleen ki Maasi bhi.. Kuch personal reasons ki wajah se woh shaadi me nhi aa payi thi na, Isliye!" Mrs. M replied. "Theek hai Mumma!" Shanaya smiled.. "Aur Anu..Nishant se keh dena, Chai Paani Sharbat aur Naashte Vagerah ka intezaam ek baar phir se dekh le..Theek hai??" "Ji Mummy Ji.." Anamika replied.. After clearing the breakfast table.. Both the Bahu's went to their rooms to get ready.. Shaleen and Nishant had gone out to see the Refreshment Arrangements for the guests.. Shanaya took out a Saree which was perfect for the ocassion.. Neither too heavy or flashy..

Shanaya's Saree.. She wore the saree.. Did sum light makeup,As she hated being all decked up. She wore Sum Simple Jewels..The Minimum Makeup, Less Jwellery and a Beautiful face enhanced her natural beauty.. Being A Newly Wedded Bride for her definately didnt mean that She'll go all the way heavy makeup with even more heavy jwellery..It litreally lukd pathetic.. She was excited for this function as her mother too wud be attending it..And she was lukin forward to that.. After lukin at herself for one last tym in the mirror, And Being Satisfied with herself.. She came downstairs.. Gracefully draping the Pallu.. Mrs. Malhotra was downstairs lukin at the last minute preperations.. "Mumma! Kaisi lag rhi hunn main? Yeh saree theek toh hai na?" Shanaya asked,uncertain.. "Hayee..Kinni Sohni lag rhi hai..Kisi ki nazar na lage mere bacche ko!" Mrs. Malhotra applied a nazar ka teeka behind her ear.. Shanya smiled.. "Di??"

A sweet voice spoke behind them.. "Chutki!!" Shanaya turned to witness Neha standing there.. Neha walked towards her excitedly. "Namastey Aunty.." Neha greeted Mrs. Malhotra.. "Namastey Beta!" Mrs. Malhotra greeted her too.. "Tum dono baatein karo! Main abhi taiyaar hoke aayi.." Mrs. Malhotra suggested.. Both Nodded! "Di..Aap kitni pretty lag rhi ho..!!" Neha exclaimed in delight.. "Aapke chehre pe alag hi glow hai..Jijz ke pyaar ka nikhaar hai kya?" Neha winked at her di.. "Chuttkkii..Tujhe nhi lagta ki tu aajkl jyaada hi bolti hai? Hmm??" Shanaya asked,twisting her ear a little.. "Aaa! Sorry Di,lagta hai na! Plz..Aage se mazak nhi karungi.." Neha pleaded.. "Hmm..Better!" Shanaya left her ear. "Waise aaj toh tu bhi kitni pyaari lag rhi hai..!! Meri Chutki toh ab badi ho gyi hai..Ek baat bolun? Aaj yahaan bahut se ladke aane wale hai..Unme se kisi handsome se ladke se teri baat chalaun?" Shanaya winked.. "Kya Di? Aap bhi na..Choti hunn main!" Neha pouted. . "Haan baba!" Shanaya hugged her."Tu Meri Chutki hai"
