Part 12:

"GOOD NEWS...!!!" Hearing this loud dual voice, Arjun and Sakshi parted to see sudden intruders, "Oops..!!! Sorry.. Disturb toh nahi kiya na...???" Aisha and Sameer teased together...

"Aisha...!!!" Sakshi stopped her turning into cheeky red...

"Karne ke baad sorry ka kya phaida..." Arjun whispered to Sakshi... Sakshi punched him with elbow controlling her masking red...

"Tum log yaha kaise...??" Sakshi questioned diverting topic...

"Woh hum good news leke aaye hai...!!!" Aisha exclaimed...

"Tum logh shaadi kar rahe ho...???" Arjun questioned...

"Yeh toh sirf Aisha ke liye good news hogi na, kyun ki shadi ke side effects sirf mujhe affect karenge..." Sameer and Arjun laughed together under pinching gazes... So they stopped there...

"Abb Good news batao..." Sakshi said...

"Good news yeh hai ki.. Dr. Stefen... Stefen James aaraha hai..." She said looking at Arjun...

"Sach mein... Maangaya aane ke liye..." Arjun said with popped out eyes...

"Ha... humein unhe receive karne jaarahe hai... unke assistant Karan ne call karke bataya ki woh yaha kisi conference ke liye aarahe hai aur humare kaam bhi attend karenge..."

"Yaha ho kya raha hai, koi mujhe kuch batayega..." Sakshi's loud voice broke their discussion...

"Confusion nahi, kush hone ka samai hai..." Aisha went and hugged her...

"Koi mujhe samjayenge...??" She questioned...

"Karan, mera aur Arjun ka accha dost hai... Londaon mein Dr. Stefen James ka assistant hai..." Sameer said...

Arjun added, "Dr. Stefen Unstable Angina patients ko treat karte hai... Karan se humein pata chal ki woh bahot experienced hai... Humein unhe request kiya ki woh yaha aakar tujhe treat kare... Aur woh maangaye..."

"Iss ka matlab...!!!" Sakshi explained as happy tears brimmed...

"Iss ka matlab, tum teekh hojaoge... Tum humesha mere saath rahoge..." He said cupping her face... They wrapped each other in their arms...

Arjun and Sakshi parted hearing guttural sound from the door... Mrs. Rawte stood with sweet box, "Sab kuch sunna hai mein ne... Yeh lo mooh meeta karo..." She fed sweet to Sakshi an dkissed her on forehead... She fed same sweet to Arjun... She gave sweet to Sameer and Aisha for bringing good news... She left as phone rang...

"Arjun abb Roshni ko kya kahe...?? Kitne umeed se aayi hogi... Abb hurt hogi na...??" She made a childish face eating her sweet...

"Accha... ek kaam karta hoon... woh hurt na ho.. iss liye mein shaadi kar leta hoon..." He said smirking...

"Shaadi kar ke dikha... tum dono ikkata maardungi...' She said raising her hands to his neck...

"Abb tum dono ladna band karo... Jaakar usse baat karte hai... woh bahar hai..." Sameer said...

Living Room:

They all four came together and stood before her how to break the news... Arjun started, "Roshni ji mein yeh kehna chahta hoon ki...'

"Mein yeh shaadi nahi kar sakti..." She said cut short...

"What...???!!!" They all blurted together...

"I am really sorry Arjun... Actually mein kisi aur se pyaar karti hoon... Mein aapse shaadi nahi kar sakti..." She explained... They all nodded head in same direction with wide eyes... She left from there... They bent and her path... After her exit, they stood straight... Arjun and Sakshi looked at one another... They screamed loud enough to break glasses and hugged tight...

Next Day:

Stefen checked all the reports given by Karan who is standing beside him... Arjun, Sakshi and Aisha are sitting on the other side of the table waiting for Stefen's response...

He spoke, "I studied Sakshi's reports... we have 50-50 chances... Operating her can be dangerous... Without operation we cannot save her..."

"Tum log chaho toh discuss kar ke decision baata sakte hai..." Karan said...

"Na..." Before Arjun could complete his sentence of saying no...

Sakshi cut him short and said, "Mein operation ke liye taiyaar hoon..."

"Nahi Sakshi... Yeh operation dangerous hai..." Arjun said...

"Baghwaan mujhe second chance de raha hai Arjun... 1% luck aur tere 100% pyaar ke saath mein bach kar teekh bhi ho sakta hoon..." She tried to convince him... She turned to them, "Aap operation ki taiyaari kijiye..."

"Ok.. Operation is scheduled after 3 days... " Stefen said...

"iss se pehle aaj hi Sakshi ko hospital mein admit kar dena taaki woh under observation rahe..." Karan said...

"Mein formalities pura kar leti hoon..." Aisha said...

Operation Day:

Sakshi was laid on stretcher in hospital patient's dress for operation... Stretcher was dragged through corridor into OT (Operation Theater)... Arjun held her hand till stretcher was pulled inside... Their palms, fingers and tips parted losing warmness... After long hours of operation doctors came out removing their mask...

"She is fine... She will be under observation for next 24 hours, After that you can meet her..." Stefen said and left from there...

Karan followed him but came back, "Party taiyaar rakhna...!!!" He hugged and went to Stefen...

Aisha completed all her formalities of shifting her from OT to ICU... Aisha was in ICU taking special care...

After 12 Hours:

Arjun was busy making plans for future... Sameer, Arjun's father and mother were busy making surprise preparations for them... Aisha is with Sakshi in ICU... This is 100^th time Arjun got up to see Sakshi through peeping glass of ICU... But before he could reach the door, nurse gave a force hit to the door and ran out to call doctor...

With a confuse look he opened the door... He saw Sakshi lying on bed struggling to breathe with oxygen mask covering her nose and mouth... White vapor is forming inside while inhaling out... Her chest rose high and fell back showing insufficient intake of oxygen... Aisha is checking monitors, Sakshi's pulse and heart beat... Arjun heart weighed down as his smiles and future is shattering moment after moment...

Karan and Stefen came back from conference in mid... Nurse took Arjun out as Stefen and Karan came in... Some medical treatment is going on... Her soft body is pinched with needles... Sequence of injections are given to her from last night and now again... Arjun sat on steel chair outside ICU room... No emotion in his red eyes... Tears were relctunt to flow, because he believe that she will be alright...

Karan came out... Arjun got up and asked mechanically, "woh teekh hai na...???"

"Mein abhi kuch nahi keh sakta hoon... Baghwaan pe bharosa rakho..." Karan ran from there to get some medicines for her...

He was back and saw Arjun standing there... Before consoling Arjun, it is his duty to save patient... Karan ran inside... Arjun peeped through glass and saw electro cardioversion going on... Two heavy instrument are placed on Sakshi's chest, and current is passed to make her heart beat normal...

Arjun walked stiff through corridors... He went to Krishna mandir which is in Hospital garden... He looked straight at the idol with all his prayers from heart in his eyes... He remembered their times of being together... There conversation and confession of love in that place...

He remembered her saying, Ek nazar, ek pal mein itna pyaar kaise ho sakta hai...? Mein uss din kushi - kushi tere baho mein marne ke liye taiyaar thi' He remembered his promises to her, Tum jitney pal jeeoge, utne pal tere saath jeena chahta hoon... Ek Pal Mein Zindgi jeena chahta hoon...' He rembered saying to Sameer, Abhi uske saath zinda hoon, baad mein uski yaadon ke saath marjaunga...'

He fell on his knees looking idol of Radha Krishna... If Krishna's love is pure and forever, his love for Sakshi is also pure and forever... Death cannot separate them... Here Arjun fell on his knees, there Sakshi's breath resounded inside ICU as Sakshi rose up high due to electric shock given to her heart and fell back on bed with closed eyes...

Sakshi ready for operation and operation also got success..arjun dreaming about his future with her...but wt was that last part...don try to give tragedy part as epilogue plz...sakshi fell back on bed with closed eyes...really am scared of this like...plz plz do give happy epilogue...
