Ayesha said "thank God tumne ankhe kholo, hum tho darr he gaya tha" Sameer said "are you ok?" Sakshi said "I am fine" Ayesha said "monthly check up huya hai na?" Sakshi replied "actually mera doctor out of town thi, yaha se jaane ke baad check up karvalungi" Ayesha said "ek kaam karthe hai, meri doctor ke paas chalo, mein tumhare doctor se baath karke inform kardungi about my doctor" Sakshi said "nahi nahi Ayesha its Ok please..." Sameer said "chup chap chalo aur check up karawalo waise bhi aaj hume bhi Ayesha ki check up ke liye jaana tha, tumhara reports hai na" Sakshi agreed and went for check up and Ayesha's doctor had a small conversation with Sakshi's doctor, and after Ayesha's check up Doctor said to Ayesha "tho Mrs.Rathode are you ready to welcome baby?" Ayesha looked at Sameer and said smilingly "yes doctor..." Doctor continued "abh kissi bhi wakth tumhara delivery ho saktha hai, tumhe careful rehna hoga, ok" Ayesha said "ok" and Doctor said "tho Mrs.Rawte chale aapki check up ke liye" she took Sakshi and Ayesha and Sameer were waiting for her in the cabin, after few minutes they returned and Doctor said "aapko aksar yese hotha hai?" Sakshi hesitated and said "voh... kabhi kabhi hojatha hai" Doctor continued "tho iska matlab aap medicines teekh se nahi le rahi hai, aur stress zyaada le rahi hai" Sakshi bend her head down and was quite and Ayesha was angry and said "Doctor tumse kuch pooch rahe hai, jawab dho unhe..." Sakshi said "voh... mein ne kal nahi liya tha" Doctor continued "janthi ho na ki thum Thalassaemia minor ho" Sameer and Ayesha was shocked to here this and Sakshi continued "yes doctor mein janthi hu, but its not a problem right, test bhi hochuka hai, aur doctor said there is no problem" Doctor continued "ha I am not telling that ki kuch galath hai, lekin agar yese hi chaltha raha tho galath ho saktha hai, tumhe patha hai Thalassaemia mein aksar log anemic hojathe hai, aur oxygen carrying capacity blood mein kam hojathe hai, par abh tum pregnant ho tumhare liye aur baby ke liye donno ke liye tumhe respire karna hai, phir tum yesa irresponsible kaise ho sakthi ho?" Sakshi said "sorry doctor... Voh mein abh se medicines zarror lungi" Doctor said "tumhe mujhe sorry nahi balki tumhare baby ko sorry kehna hai, sari test tho hogaya hai tumhara bus iss month ke end mein ek scan bakhi hai, please take the medicines with out fail aur don't take stress". After that they came outside and Ayesha and Sameer were silent and Sakshi was trying to speak with them but they are not responding, they came outside and Sakshi said "common guys please abh yeh silent treatment bandh kariye na, pehle se hi pareshan hu" Ayesha said "thume humare kamoshi se kya mathlab hai?" Sameer said "thumhe hume yeh batana chahiye tha na, kya Arjun jantha hai iske bhare mein?" Sakshi said "ha shayad jaantha hai, pichle bhar usne bhi test karvaya tha" Ayesha surprisingly said "seriously bhai ne test karvayatha" Sakshi nodded her head and went to bring her reports that she have forgot to collect. Ayesha started "Sameer inn donno ka rishta mujhe samajh mein nahi aa raha hai, aur Arjun bhai, sakshi ke saath yesa kyu kar rahe hai? Sub kuch tho katam hochuka hai phir kyu yese kar rahe hai, unhe Sakshi ko support karna chahiye na" Sameer replied "dekho Ayesha, voh bohot badi confusion mein hai, voh apne past ka gham bhool nahi paya hai, aur abhi bhi revenge lene ke liye wait kar raha hai, uske beech yeh sab Sakshi ka uske zindagi mein ana uska pregnancy ki baath aur abh yeh uncertain shaadi inn sab cheezo se voh confused hai, aur Sakshi ka bhi galathi nahi hai isme! Voh donno yese halath mein kade hai ki... we can't do any thing, but unhe realize tho kara sakthe hai ki voh donno ek duser ke bina jee nahi payenge" they saw Sakshi coming out, and they returned.

Sameer reached office and he saw Arjun working on case that has arrived and everyone busy, Shree handed him case file and said "sir aap chutti pe hai na, aapko Ayesha ki saath hona chahiye!" Sameer said "ha Shree, mujhe ghar mein rehna chahiye, voh kya hai na abh sirf Ayesha nahi Sakshi bhi bohot sensitive hai, subah unconscious huyi thi" Shree was shocked and Arjun was seeing Sameer to continue Liza said "Sakshi ko kya hua?" Sameer said "guys voh bohoth sensitive hai, doctor tho bohot khayal rakne ko kaha hai, chalo guys hum case ke bhare mein discuss karthe hai yeh sab bathe jab aap usse milenge tab pooch lijiye" he avoided to speak knowing the desperation to here about Sakshi in Arjun's eyes. Sameer gave them details and went from their and Arjun followed him to the entrance and stopped him Arjun asked about case and continued speaking, Sameer sensed his problem and said "sakshi ke bhare mein janna hai, right" Arjun said "voh..." Sameer said "tho phone karo, ya ghar aao, yahi hai voh" Arjun hided his feeling and said "nahi tho mein ne kab poocha sakshi ke bhare mein?" Sameer had small smile on his lips and said "tho mein chaltha hu" saying this he went from their. Arjun thought "zarror medicines liya nahi hogi, ya khana teekh se kaya nahi hogi tabhi tho humesha chakkar khake ghir jaathi hai, bhagwan hi samjhaye usko".

Arjun was sitting in his cabin and he was feeling restless and thinking about Sakshi "yaar yeh apne aapko samajhthi kya hai agar kuch hojatha tho, pehle hi itna sensitive hai, upar se yeh ootpatang cheeze karthi rehthi hai, mein kya karu kaise baath karu usse" and he started pacing here and their. Shree came inside and he know everything about Arjun and sakshi he saw Arjun pacing in tension and said "sir, kya hua aap itne tensed kyu hai, koyi naya case aaya hai" Arjun snapped out and said "nahi kuch nahi shree bhus yuhi" Shree sensing his tension said "sir aap tension math lijiye mein ne sakshi se abhi abhi baath kiya hai, vo teekh hai, bhus thoda low thi" Arjun tension grew even more and asked "abh bhi voh teekh nahi thi?" Shree smiled and said "mein abhi phone kartha hu, aap baath kijiye usse" taking out his phone, but Arjun stopped him and said "mein ne tumhe phone karne ko kaha?Tumhe kisne kaha ki mein uske bhare mein sooch raha hu?" Shree was taken back and thought "akdu hai humesha akdu hi rahenge patha nahi yeh Sakshi kaise jhel thi hai isse" Shree handed over some file and came back. Arjun was checking the file and he snapped out immediately and went out of the cabin and said Shree "voh Shree isme Sameer ki sign chahiye tho mein uske ghar jaake uska sign karvadonga" Shree said to irritate him in a naughty grin "sir aap tension kyu le rahe hai, mein vahi jaa raha hu kiss kaam se mein karvadunga, aap file dijiye" Arjun said immediately "nahi shree mujhe case ke bhare mein bhi kuch baath karna chahtha hu" and turned to go from their, Shree slowly said "case ke bhare mein ya sakshi ki bhare mein" Arjun turned and said "kuch kaha tum ne" Shree said immediately "nahi sir mein ne kuch nahi kaha" Arjun went from office and reached Sameer's house. Shree has informed about Arjun's arrival so both Ayesha and Sameer planned to give them some time and left from there to have evening walk of Ayesha in the garden. Arjun pressed the door bell.
