After one hour they reached the village. They thanked the driver and walked slowly towards a group of people gathered on the road. They approached towards them and found everyone staring at a body on the road.

"Kya hua?" Arjun asked, and pushed everyone a bit far from the body. Arjun was back to his ACP mode.

The following hours was spent in examining the body, and questioning each and everyone about the potential murderer. And everyone had told them about the evil spirit, some even said a vampire, considering the bites on the neck and the lack of blood around.

Sakshi was completely terrified, she could deal with an angry Arjun, but she didnt know how to deal with an evil spirit or even vampire. God she was so scared, that she decided to stick to everywhere Arjun went.

Arjun was busy questioning and taking each statement, when he remarked that Sakshi was always behind him. He gave her an order to go and question the ladies, but she had appeared so scared and refused to obey him, saying he was the cop and hence better at such thing.

After some hours, seeing that Sakshi was getting so tired tagging after him, he asked her to go to the village's chief place. That chief had willingly offered them a small house next to his haveli, for them to stay till the case was over. But still Sakshi had refused saying she was not tired.

"What games was she playing?" Arjun thought, because he could see she was almost dead on her feet. He never even thought that maybe Sakshi was scared, for in his eyes vampire and evil spirit didnt even exist.

Finally Arjun had talked with almost everyone, and he decided to go to the place offered by the Chief. He needed to clear all clues, and for that he needed a quiet space. He turned towards Sakshi and told her to about his plans.

Sakshi had been so tired after walking everywhere with Arjun, and on top it was close to night, and she was so hungry. She had only had breakfast, and Arjun being a workaholic, he completely forgot about lunch. She was finally close to fainting, when she heard Arjun said that they could go and rest. She was so happy, that she actually gave a cute smile to Arjun and was gonna say thank you, when she felt something wrong with her head, and fainted.

Arjun had just enough time to catch her before she fainted. He picked her up, and stared at her for long. He brought his face close to hers and could feel her breathing in and out. She did look very tired, and then he remembered that they had skipped lunch. But still why didnt she go and eat something? He had never asked her to tag along with him everywhere!

Since the house was quite close, Arjun carried her till there, and once inside he put her on the only bed available. Just then a servant came, and brought some food for Arjun and Sakshi.

"Saheb aap ke liye khana. Kissi cheez ki zarurat ho, to humein bata dena!" the servant said and went. Arjun went to a small bathroom, and brought some water in a glass for Sakshi.

Putting his hand near her head, he raised Sakshi into a sitting position, and then sprinkled some water on her face. Seeing that it wasn't working, and also feeling a bit vengeful, he poured the complete glass of water on her face.

And like he had thought it was enough to wake her up. Sakshi woke up with a start, with a scared face. After a few seconds seeing no one but Arjun near her, she calmed herself down and raised her hand to her face. She felt her face damp, and then felt a sudden coldness on her neck and chest. She looked down at herself and saw her clothes were wet, as her face and hair was dripping with water. She looked at Arjun and saw that smirk on his face and the glass in his hands.

She swore at him all she wanted, now that both were alone. But seeing Arjun indifferent to her curses, she tried getting up to go and beat him. But unfortunately she was still too weak, and her hurried attempt to make her stand, brought back the dizziness and she again started to fall down. Arjun rushed quickly to hold her, but lost his balance, and both ended up on the bed, with Sakshi lying on her back, and Arjun on her.

Both were embarrassed slightly at their position, but when Arjun tried to get up, he again lost his balance, and fell more fully on Sakshi.

"Ouch," Sakshi cried out.

Arjun raised himself a bit away from her, supporting his body weight on his forearms.

"Kya hua tum theek to ho?" Arjun asked worriedly.

"Main theek kaise ho sakti hoon! Aap ko pata bhi hain aap kitna bhaari hein! Poor girl!" Sakshi said.

"I'm not overweight, not i weigh too much, Samjhi!" Arjun said a bit with hurt ego. He was fit and well built, but not overweight.

"How will you know you are not overweight! You should ask one whom you are crushing with your weight!" Sakshi replied back angrily.

"You think i enjoy crushing people!" Arjun said angrily.

"How will i know your tendencies Arjun!" Sakshi retorted back.

Both stared at each other with anger in their eyes. But somehow the anger had started to fade, and their bodies were reacting to the closeness of each other.

He had just realised again for the second time in one day, how pretty she was. His eyes followed her lips, very full and moist. Helplessly his eyes traced them with an intensity that her lips parted on their own.

dekha jo tumko, yeh dil ko kya huwa hai

meree dhadkano pe yeh chhaya kya nasha hai ha

Sakshi also didnt understand what happened and why. They had just been fighting and all, when suddenly something changed and Arjun was looking at a strange way at her lips. And she also was starting to feel a bit uncomfortable, so it was a pleasing one. With awe she watched his head bend and his mouth come within a whisper of her lips.

"Closer," Arjun said, as if it was even possible. He could hear her breathing change, and all his caution vanished in a fierce rush of need.

mohabbat ho naa jaye, divana kho naa jaye

sambhalu kaise isako, mujhe too bata

His mouth suddenly crushed down over hers and took possession. She tasted him, her body tensing, her breath stilling in her throat as she felt his hard mouth on hers for the very first time and almost fainted from the shock of pleasure its warm, His arms slid around her and brought her body crushing against him. He was very strong, and the embrace was bruising. But Sakshi hardly noticed in the fever he was kindling in her.

Arjun had forgotten everything at that instant, the only thing he knew was that he had to kiss her, or he'd become mad. Throwing all cautions away, he devoured her till suddenly he heard someone knocking on the door.

He released her immediately, when both stared in each other eyes. Their eyes seem to be saying everything, but still neither was ready to accept and acknowledge what had just happened.

Arjun quickly released her, straightened his clothes a bit and left a shattered Sakshi on the bed.
