I think for the sake of the story at this crucial point it is better to settle for a replacement...that is if Behzaad is quitting altogether, no matter how difficult it will be to accept someone else in Rathod's role
Arjun got extension after so much difficulty and that only fr 6 months, I don't think we would want the show to end only becoz one actor decides to quit the show for whatever reason best known to him and PH
And undercover idea would work only if Behzaad takes a small vacation to come back later on...
But killing Rathod is at this point of time in the story not recommandable...
