With crime rates on the rise, the ETF has no rest at all. A skeleton was found in the pillar of a building! Will they crack the case?

An old building collapses. Among the ruin's of the collapsed building a shrunken skeleton is found. The skeleton was embedded in one of the pillars of the building. The ETF discovered that it belonged to a woman. Arjun came to the conclusion that since the building was twenty years old the murder happened at that time too.

Who is this woman? Why was she killed? Who could possible be responsible for hiding her body in such a manner? The ETF have handled various shocking cases. This particular case will be a challenge for them too. The question remains, will they be able to solve this twenty year old case? The victims identity is also to be brought to light.
