"PassiOn On FiRe"
She cursed her luck once again. She was walking on the middle of the road such hour at night no one was around and pin drop silence of the atmosphere was being disturbed by her whining "Ye apni team ko to mein chorun gi nahi just let me reach safely to my home..."
She was called to her Office for investigating case and gaining material so that they can prepare an awesome article on it and being a Daring Journalist she came with full daring but now at the moment no one was with everyone left after investigation and the main Journalist was walking on the road due to her car which betrayed her at the last moment.
She had walked much so whined again "Oh god ab kitna or chalna pare ga ab to mujhe kisi bhatakti huyi aatma si feeling ho rahi hai..."
She continued walking but shrieked at the sound of moping owl. She caught her breathe back and shrugged "Uff awaz hai sirf..." then scolded herself for being scare of just voice "Sakshi the daring Journalist ek owl ki awaz se nahi dar sakti..."
Half an hour passed and still she was walking, there was no transport around hardly she can hear voice of car passing by any other lane. She had phone but she deliberately didn't called anyone because in her words she don't take "Help" of others though they are her team members. She thought to entertain herself so started singing loudly "Pocket me Rocket hai Pocket mein something something... Something something Pocket me Rocket hai something something..." It was her best way to sing any rare song because she mostly doesn't remember lyrics so she uses to sing songs like this.
She passed by the lane but suddenly her voice refused to come out of her throat. The scene in front of her was Scary. She immediately hid herself behind the wall and tried to see it more clearly.
Two people were holding a guy whose age would be three and twenty; the other person was hitting him. The guy looked weak or was injured that's why he was not protesting against any of his action. She tried to see his face and don't know why but her instinct says she have seen him somewhere.
The man took out the knife and she gasped "Was he going to murder him??" the thought sent shivers down her spine and she immediately tried to search something by that she could save the guy. Her eyes in a reflex saw the phone in her hand though she couldn't call any one but she can use her old formula to save him. She in a moment opened the tune section and played the Police Van Siren tune. The formula worked at the time she wanted to save herself and now she was using it to save him sending silent prayers to her God.
The three goons heard the sound and became afraid the saw here and there but the voice was loud enough that the thought the Police vehicle is somewhere near. They left the guy and pushed him away he fell on the floor with a thud the one side of his face was facing floor while the three goons ran. Sakhsi don't wanted to loose them so immediately clicked some of there pictures as an evidence.
As they left she came out and rushed to the guy praying he should be alive. She bends down on her knees and turned him so she could see him. He was badly injured and was unconscious his arms shoulder side were really hurt. She checked his pulse to be sure he was alive and yeah they indicated her he was alive but still need an immediate first aid.
She called hospital and asked them to send an ambulance as soon as possible. The guy was lying in front of her and she was pressurizing her brain to remember who he was when her eyes fall on the glasses lying on the floor. She took the glass and made the guy wear it and after that her brain Screamed and so she "Ye to Shreekant Sen hai ETF ka member..."
She covered her mouth with both hands then tried to shake his body a bit to check he can gain consciousness but all in vain. She searched his jacket to check if his phone is present inside and at last she got it but before she could call anyone the ambulance reached and the helpers put him on stretcher. She also joined them in ambulance.
They reached hospital and due to her acquaintance with the doctors they shifted him in room and started treatment. Sakshi took out his phone and saw the number in speed dial the name of the person mentioned there brought smile on her face in such condition "Irritation Alert" she saw the number and called person thinking may be he/she is near dear one that's why such a cute teasing name is mentioned.
After three to four rings a girl received the call "Hello..." she heard her sleepy voice and prepared herself to give a bad news.
Liza again spoke up "Techie kiya hai kyun aadhi raat ko shareef larkiyon ko call karke tang kar rahe ho..." her voice made the work for sakhsi more harder but still she gulped and spoke "Hello mein sakshi bol rahi hoon..."
Liza heard a girly voice on speaker than steadied herself on bed and switched on the lamp to check the number it was Shree's number but why girl was speaking She replied in suspicious tone "Shree ye tumhari awaz ko kiya hogaya hai agar mazak hai to tumhari tarah bhut wahiyat hai..." she became angry.
On the other hand sakhshi smacked her forehead and spoke "Dekhiye mein Sakshi bol rahi hoon apke friend is waqt City hospital mein admitted hain ap jaldi ajaiye..."
As Liza heard the sentence the phone in her hand fell down she picked it up and spoke in anxious tone "Kiya huya hai shree ko sab theek to hain na wo hospital mein kyun hai tum kuch bolti kyun nahi..." She screamed on phone.
Sakshi tried to console her "Dekhiye ap bas yahan aajaiye jaldi se wo theek hai baqi mein apko yahan aane pe bataon gi..Ok...but relax don't panic..." She cut the call by saying this and waited for doctor to arrive. The doctor came out and she rushed to him "Doctor kaisa hai ab woh..."
Doctor nodded her head and spoke "Ab theek hai chotein lagi hain par ziyada gehri nahi hain kuch dino mein recover hojaen gi par abhi humne kuch medicines di hain for that he will be unconscious for sometime but will be okay..." She sighed "Thank you so much Doctor..."
Doctor left and she let herself fall on the chair waiting for Etfians to arrive...
