part 1...

Arjun had unceremoniously barged into riya's cabin without knocking, but the loud noise he had caused was yet unable to bring the 'lost' Riya .

Arjun: Riya i need the paper work of the last case...

Riya had not heard a single word he had said and continued to stare outside the window.

Arjun: Riya i need the papers.

this time his fists clenched in anger, his patience thinning out, Riya yet did not hear him..

Arjun: RIYA...

he was about to scold her but stopped in mid sentence as he noticed the tear tracks on her face... this time with a sudden softness in his voice he placed his hand on her's to wake her out of her trance...

Riya was shocked out of her wits, she was about to scream but she controlled herself when she saw that it only Arjun...

Riya: Sir did u ask something?

her voice gave away all the sadness , all the emotions which had bubbled inside her.

Arjun : r u okay? is anything wrong?

his genuine concern evident in his voice.

Riya: ummm... no...i mean... yes, yes sir... i'm fine

Arjun did not ask any more questions... he just asked her to give the file he had come in search for and Riya handed him a blue file... Arjun left her cabin(though he did not want to), he wanted to know what had caused Riya such pain, but his ego did not let him do any such thing...

meanwhile, Riya was continuously muttering to herself...

Riya to herself: forget him Riya, u need to move on, u NEED to move on, he does not love you. he loves her not you... for god's sake Riya he is married and u really need to move on.

She opened her laptop and started to delete his picture from her wallpaper only to be interrupted by Rathore wo had called her...

Arjun: Riya not this file the oter one...

ON noticing that riya was not their in her cabin, he decided to take it himself... as he wbent to take the file the only thing that stopped him was riya's laptop's wallpaper..

it was a collage made by Riya perhaps. One picture showed her and a devilishly handsome boy laughing, another of a food fight between them , another both were waltzing on the stage, they were dring... another showed many boys and girls dancing with Riya and the guy in the centre, they looked like the american dance crew...

They looked as if they couldn't live without each other...BEST FRIENDS... no MORE LIKE SOUL MATES

He felt a tug at his yet beating but dead heart when he said soul mates

That night the only question which lingered in his mind was "who is the guy? Riya had spend many intimate moments with him, was he the reason of riya's distress?" he was determined to find more about the guy... and for that he had to dig into Riya's past, and spend more time with her... but what really surprised Arjun was his sudden interest in riya

...

Okay nw i'm ready to catch whatever u will throw at me...🤔
