Hey Mahi.. Yes we'll be heart-broken if Sana quits.. We might not even be that attached to the show, if that happens.. Coz simply put Sana is Riya for us! The PH may rope in a new face or smthng; bt we knw better.. We've seen stuff like that happen in many popular shows (wouldn't want to name them..) and most of them went down the drain..

And considering Arjun is a relatively new show with a unique concept, I think the CV's are putting the show at risk! I admit this with a very heart, that though all the characters including SM, Behzad, Sid and Chottu are absolutely brilliant, beyond a doubt, the main interest of a majority of the viewers lies in the gradual development of Ariya's relationship..

Now replacing the lead could be a fatal blow!

Also, as far as Sana's decision is concerned, I can't really comment on it, coz obviously health comes first.. But then, the PH must've informed her in advance, right? And they have maintained since Day 1 that Riya wanted to go out and work in the field. So, I guess they should've thought of it well in advance.. Doesn't make sense taking up something first and then quitting it, inspite of being aware of the hassles, you would face..

So, yes I don't think it is a wise decision.. But there's little we can do, if she herself wants to quit or the PH is willing to let her do it..

We can definitely request them, but at the end of the day, it's their call!

And yes, about the IPK rumour, let's hope its not true.. Coz yes, I've been a huuuge Lavanya fan, ever since she had softened... I hated it when she had left.. But now, if she's quitting this one and going back to IPK, i don't know if I can adore her as La ever again..

Also, like you've said before, I too cannot continue writing.. Coz though I may not turn my back on the show, coz its brilliant cast and concept, I will not be able to pen down a story, imagining a different face as Riya..

So alas! I hate to say this, but if this turn out to be true, all my works on Ariya will be discontinued by me.. 😭

Anyway. lets keep our fingers crossed.. Coz most of the times, TC articles turn out to be a hoax..

And hope that Sana and the PH sort out her issues..

@ mahi - I know!! I want her to be a strong officer too. But, you know, that is the journey that Riya has to make, according to me. She has to discover herself, her strength and her feelings. Right now, Arjun treats her like a mildly-annoying teenager and that will only change when she comes into her own. When that happens, he won't be able to ignore her anymore! At least, that's what I thought would happen. I hope they don't go the damsel-in-distress route. That would be annoying! One more thing babe, please don't stop writing. I love to read FFs and yours are very good!

ETA - Did you look at that FB page where Sana says she isn't leaving? I didn't understand what's on it, so could you please translate? She sounds sulky (assuming it is her).

exactly yaar,, i am certain that they sign the contract before they start shooting and the contract has all those clauses in there which clearly state the role of the character and what risks would be there.. and considering its 4lions, I have no doubt that they must have informed her beforehand.😊

Yes same here. I loved her too ever since she started to show her soft side to Khushi 😊 and i even quit IPKKND for few weeks after Lavanya left.

But if she chooses to put more priority to IPKKND than Arjun, then she would loose a big pankhi like me 🤣
