no, otherwise rathore would understand the pain with losing a loved one. Maybe he cared for Roshni but she only loved Arjun. Or they were friends and he told Arjun to stay away from Roshni because of his profession but she died because of it; therefore no compassion for Arjun from Rathore.

I also have the feeling that in the past they were friends !!!

It would be nice to see the evolution of their relationship !

maybe they were friends and maybe even colleagues, but wen Arjun's wife died, arjun went in a destruction mode and they just drifted apart
