OK I can do that.
Someone please fill in, if I've missed something crucial to this episode, didn't pay full attention as I was loading up dishwasher when I was supposedly watching this 😆
- Kaveri, Ashok, Jeeva at the Police station with the new police inspector and the mole.
- Kaveri blurts out all sorts of nonsense about her husband's relationship with Supriya(Roja), which led to him killing Supriya(Roja) and her sister.
* Because of her non-stop whiny tone, my ears somehow got tuned to not pay any attention to what she was saying.
- Bottom line, she keeps on accusing him of murdering them while at the same time is convinced that by giving such statements the Police will feel paavam for her and release Jeeva eventually.
* Even if she's downright stupid, I can't understand how she can come to a conclusion like this. Totally amazing!!!!
- Jeeva warns her the whole time, not to give such statements in front of Police 'cos it's going to harm her family life, she pays no heed to it at all 'cos she strongly believes they'll let him go after her statement that he's a criminal!
- The Inspector (who looks like one smart character the serial has ever seen) silences Jeeva, not to control his wife and not to interrupt her giving statements. He says regardless of you stopping your wife to give statements against you, you would any way be in Jail with strong evidence (such as his personal belongings). These probably were recovered from the scene of crime in the previous episode.
- Jeeva tells the inspector these were his stuff but were lost a while ago, when he was in the Mill. But Kaveri interrupts this by saying, "Don't believe my husband inspector, these are things which he had taken to Supriya's house previously. That's why you were able to find it there".
- Inspector wants her to narrate whatever she knows. She narrates the whole thing (i.e. her side of the story)starting with - that Supriya has 3 names. Surpriya, Roja and LalithaAnand (remember, author of the book that Supriya mailed to Jeeva's Mill address)- and a whole lot of other nonsense.
- Ashok is thrilled that Kaveri is just doing what he hoped for with that sadistic look on his face.
- Inspector wants to know who Ashok is and why is he with Kaveri. Ashok tells him that he's married to Kaveri's sister and because Kaveri asked for his assitance, he's there to help. Inspector mockingly asks him "Yaar helpkku koopttalum poideveengala?" Ashok warns the Inpsector to mind his tongue, saying that he is the son of the esteemed Mill owner in Pondi. Inspector says that he doesn't give a damn, who he is.
- Inspector asks Ashok to leave. Ashok is hesitant. The Inspector says is sternly one more time and the mole prompts Ashok to leave.
- Inspector asks Kaveri to sign vouching her statements. While she's about to sign, Jeeva yells at her asking her not to sign, but to get in touch with Anjali. He also gives her Anjali's address and the Inspector seems to have made a mental note of the name Anjali and probably the address too. They lock Jeeva up while Kaveri leaves without signing (I think).
- About a thousand times Jeeva keeps telling Kaveri amidst this melee, that Supriya is a different person and she is not Roja, but the arivu Jeevi siricha moonji "Ms. Whiny" goes off like a thenja record.
* I couldn't believe that Kaveri actually makes it to Anjali's house just y hearing the address that Jeeva tells her at the Police Station. Anjali & Babu are confused by all that Kaveri blabbers. But eventually they make out that Kaveri is confused between Supriya and Roja and cannot believe the "intelligent" Kaveri has actually declared statements that would put Jeeva behind bars for a life time.
- They also understand that Ashok is the mastermind behind all this.
- Anjali takes Kaveri to meet the real Supria while Babu goes to call Jeeva's Mom and explain the whole thing (I think he might also reveal the extra-marital affair Jeeva's father had).
- Cut to a thoughtful Jeeva behind bars, sans a shirt. (Not a pleasant sight 😉 )
