It’s one of his character flaws. He doesn’t mean harm but he trusts certain people too much and thus passes his promises on to them. For now, I will appreciate him for standing up for all his promises to whatever extent he knows. He thinks everything is working out (Ranisa handling Ramu’s case, he handling education and covering her mistakes). His eyes will open when the truth is out. He won’t be able to trust anyone then. 🤔
