Khyati arrives at Shah house and informs about Moti baa’s last minute decision about holding the Chandlo maatli rasam at Kothari mansion . She apologises for the las minute changes . Anupama, Baa and Janki Ben are disappointed about all their preparations going to get wasted . Khyati asks them to carry all the preparations and sweets over to Kothari mansion. Osho and Pakhi feel happy on this proposal . Kothari mansion was way bigger and all the servants there would take care if everything , unlike Shah house which would have got over crowded n Shah family would have to do all the looking after. Baa and Babuji agree for having the ritual at Kothari mansion . Khyati asks Rahi not to attend the ritual as brides do not enter Sasuraal before marriage . Rahi is disappointed.
Shah family is welcomed at Kothari mansion . Moti baa creates issues over the ladies taking part in the ritual as only male members were supposed to take part . Anupama says this ritual is supped to be half as bride’s house but Moti baa has changed that n held it here at groom’s house , Shahs did not oppose . Before ritual begins Moti baa creates issue on who will wash groom’s feet . She asks Babuji to perform the ritual as Bride’s father is not present . Prem refuses to get his feet washed by Babuji . Anupama offers to do the ritual in absence of her husband . Moti baa reminds of the rules of the ritual. Ansh then offers to perform the ritual .
