Episode begins with Anupama being given discharged from the hospital. The doctor hands her a bouquet of flowers , the nurse thanks her for advising the cook to prepare better meals and all patients were loving their meals . The staff have grown fond of Anupama . Doctor gives strict instructions to avoid all exertions to Anupama or she may face complications n might need readmission. Anupama, Anuj and Aadya reassure the doc.

The Asha Bhavan inmates have made grand preparations for welcoming their Anu . Shah family also join hands in the preparations . Sagar n Meenu have sweet romantic close moments as they prepare the rangoli . Baa n Babuji share some sweet moments together as they make preparations n rejoice the return of Anupama. Coffee the doggo too is excited for Anupama.

Anuj and Aadya escort Anupama to Asha Bhavan, she is given grand welcome , with Baa and Indira doing Aarti . Dimpy, Kinjal, n Pakhi shower flower petals from thaalies . Anupama is very happy to see the welcome words for her , the rangoli and the floral decorations on floor n walls, toran etc , the balloons and streamers . E eveyone sings and dances to celebrate , baa also joins the merriment n Anupama is concerned for Baa.

Sagar and Meenu’s closeness makes Pakhi and Toshu fume with fury, but they decide to act after papa returns , then create dhamaka , presently concentrate on Mummy’s welcome .

Anupama introduces Aadya tk Asha Bhavan inmates , she introduces Aadya tk Kaberi and coffee,

After welcome Anupama is given the reports how they managed the Anu ki rasoi. Anupama is very happy . Everyone warns her tk rest n recuperate, she can give instructions from a distance but not do any work , everyone is ready to do all the work, Aadya offers to take on the responsibility of Anu ki rasoi . Anupama and Anuj are ever impressed . Aadya shares how Mumma taught her dignity of labour .
Anupama then leaves for important discussion with someone . Anuj and Bala are concerned for her wellbeing .

At Shah mansion Baa is instructing everyone to stay away from Asha Bhavan inmates . Toshu and Pakhi are seen trying to contact papa , he is not responding and they are concerned n angry with him. Anupama makes an entry n takes everyone by surprise . She pleads Baa to reunite with Babuji. She gives long lecture on the preciousness of this life n how short it was , death is a reality n can hit at any time . Baa n Babuji are wasting time away from eachother . They should not choose eachother . She considers them like Radha Krishn.

MaAn are seen having sweet moments as Anuj is busy n she pushes away his locks of curly hair .

Toshu has arranged Pooja and havan in Shah mansion to declare the next heir/ uttarashikari. … pagdi rasam . Baa is furious and refuses to take part as this ritual is after demise of father and her son was still alive . Toshu forcibly puts on the pagdi pulling Baa’s hands on it , she is shocked n resents it .
