V makes a lot of sense... It's truly sensible for the kids to have privacy after marriage. The flat will help them have their privacy yet be together. Bapuji is annoying and his beti is even more annoying trying to make themselves the righteous people here when it's the reverse.

Ekach kostin, how did this multi billionaire or whatever even close deals before? He seems incapable of being anything but Anupama's bodyguard. He doesn't even care about his daughter whom he claims to love so much. He is like that one broken tape(in tamil: Thenju pona tape) that keeps repeating 'meri Anu, meri Anu' irrespective of whatever the scenario.

bec bapuji stopped working when vanraj was 16 so if vanraj is 60 years old now last 44 years hes worked alone for family and built this house

Most indian aged parents are like hasmukh

They do not want to renovate 40 year old houses built by them in 30s

And if kids leave home and go buy own house they say they abondoned us

Like now if space is less and kinjal decides to shift to rakhi pent house and titu leaves to his own house will it be ok because of space constraint

Later pakhi may also leave with adhik leavening hasmukh and vanraj all alone in old age

Imagine vanraj dies in another 20 years(80) will not kavya and ishani be all alone girls in that old house real estate land sharks may attack both as they are women if pakhi and titu family leave

Than what shall hasmukh leela do if all grand kids leave and only he and vanraj remain there in old home

Vanraj is doing clever job by giving all an apartment so all live together after vanraj death too for another 50 years till than pent house too becomes old crumbled

Atleast here hasmukh went off to old age home

Most will sit in old leaking houses but refuse to renovate

One reason may be property titl will be shared by kid and uilder name like vanraj and builder here

So it will no longer be in hasmukh name

Since vanraj is working he can still get some loan to contribute for that home building now along with builder (mortgage type)

This is what happens when one undeserving n ungrateful person gets a share in the property without contributing..Upma was an undeserving candidate who got a part of share in the property in which she had zero contribution n now she is showing attitude to Vanraj who was the bread earner of his family n made this house due to his hardworking..Undeserving people actually takes advantage of the situation n this is what Upma is doing...What a shameless lady she is..

Hasmukh has two kids vanraj and dolly

After vanraj and dolly it goes to their 4 kids- pakhi, toshu, samar and dolly daughter

I guess Bapuji give a part of share to Upma after divorce happened..But why is she getting authority for NOC is beyond my understanding..

No work calls whatsoever!

He books overnight unplanned tickets to US and cancels them like they were free of cost 😂

If husband dies, all his property goes to his wife if she is alive and he died without writing a will.

If Mother dies, 50% of her property goes to all kids equally and rest 50% to husband if he is alive, unless she wrote a will.

Bapuji is alive, he got Anupama’s name added intentionally, against Vanraj’s wish, and if I recall right Anupama had given her share to Baa just like Dolly, so how did her name again come only Bapuji knows.

Regarding Father’s property, until parents are alive they can decide who he wants to give how much share or prepare a will before death.

In case of Ancestral Property and no will, NOC is required to be signed by all living children of the last owner of the house and if in case his wife is alive too.
Ideal heirs of property were only Vanraj and Dolly, Bapuji created all the mess as usual by adding Ex-Bahu’s name.

You are really great. Subah subah inko jhel leti ho. Galti se bhi baapuji ya doglipama ka face dekh leti hoon, toh bp rise ho jaata hai.

Mera ek suggestion hai, if anybody has low bp problem, do watch Buddha n anupama di nautanki, Kasam se bata Rahi hoon, bp na rise ho jaaye toh mai username abhi ke abhi change kar loongi.
