I think makers are using him to show how unreasonable Anuj was in expecting Anupa to not go back to her children. Even though that was not what he said ever. I think this is what they are trying to show that Anupa can not leave her children and will go back to her ex for them. Anuj will realise his mistake and apologize. Again

Anupama’s self talk with other 2 Anupamas today and Yashdeep’s whining clearly meant she shouldn’t be going to Ex’s house to take care of a child who considers her nothing, but same doesn’t apply in case of Shahs and her bio kids.

Anuj is anyway apologising, he apologised when she ruined his Sangeet Party by failaoing Chashni, he apologised when she spilled Ghee and came into Danger Zone 😂

Yes, it doesn't apply here because unlike Aadhya, TamaShahs never considered her as nothing. They always knew that she was their lifetime unpaid maid and treated her likewise. Hope, that helps

And it's not for nothing that she's known as a symbol of hypocrisy and shamelessness. Remember her lecturing a child on participation being more important than winning, after she herself failed to turn up but now she wants to win a competition herself just on the basis of sympathy, after not cooking one single worthy dish

Also Anuj is no less, he manipulated Shruti into believing that Aadhya needs Anupama right now and they will only take her help until Shruti gets fine, Shruti agreed for the sake of Aadhya without even thinking, which shows her love towards Aadhya is selfless.

But as soon as she said she will be fit n fine soon and Anuj only belongs to her, even if she dies, Anuj gave exactly the same look what Anupama used to give whenever earlier he asked her to not keep going to Shah house to get insulted. He just wants Anupama around him by hook or crook. Ye sab Aadhya ke khatir nahi hai else he won’t bring the source of trauma near the victim. All this also is to show Shruti in a negative light which ain’t true because she sounds sane when she says all that directly on his face.

He not only manipulated Shruti but also Anupama, because what’s the point of acting all mesmerised when the filthy wan walks in, in her bikhre baal and homeless look, playing romantic music and then acting bechara Majboor Baap, crying like an idiot?
