.Episode begins with Anupama getting emotional clutching on to CA’s pink purse,with pom-pom, which she decides to take with her . Kavya and Kinjal support her. Suddenly all are taken aback by Pakhi’s sudden arrival, crying . She gets emotional about missing mummy .Anupama hugs n consoles her . Anupama asks about CA , Pakhi is about to reveal CA’s illness , she recollects Anuj’s warnings, she reveals nothing , just states all is OK.
Anupama feels relieved, gives advice to her and Pakhi gets emotional and assures she will be a good girl just as mummy wanted, she will be good daughter, sister. Bahu, Bhaabhi etc. Pakhi urges Mummy not to stop what so ever might happens. Bhavesh suggests they better control their emotions . Vanraj suggests they better leave , just in case they meet traffic jams on the way . All agree n get ready to leave .
At KM, Anuj is trying to calm n console Agitated CA, Doc asks why were they not getting her mummy ? The child needed her mother . The entire family is very concerned.
At Joshi house Kanta performs Aarti before departure, Baa feeds her Dahi shakkar.
Anupama gives long advice to Baa and Kanta . Kanta and Baa give advise to Anupama.,
Bhavesh and Kanta see her off from the house as they don’t want to get emotional at airport . Anupama hugs her kids and then seeks blessings from Baa and Kanta .
Toshu takes out mummy’s luggage. Just as Anupama is leaving , she drops her phone and it plays CA’s voice asking mummy to come to her . Anupama is shocked n worried . Toshu points out it was an old recording, not today’s. Anupama is relieved.
Vanraj then urges them to proceed .
After some more emotional moments between Anupama n her family members she finally walks out of Joshi house . All weep and wave good bye.
At KM CA is very violent n panicking stricken . She is uncontrollable and very agitated .. the four adults +doctor are unable to control this kid .
Elsewhere, Vanraj is driving Anupama to airport , Toshu is accompanying them, Guruma calls to confirm and Anupama informs she was on the way to airport , Guruma is on the way to Airport too, while Nakul and Bhairavi are following in another car. Guruma is worried that hero might hold back heroine , Guruma wants Anupama to take the flight n reach US, once Anupama reaches there Guruma will easily take care of her .
On the way Anupama gets a call from Anuj .. but on the other side Anuj is trying to control CA and he drops the phone n Anupama on the other end is worried . Vanraj assures her n asks her to cut the line . Anupama feels network problems .
At Joshi house All are missing Anupama and sharing their grief at her departure .
Anupama finally reaches Airport. She smiles , suddenly she drops a STOP sign post n gets emotional . She wants to call up home once to confirm all was ok. Right then Guruma arrives and asks them to proceed, Van asks Guruma to take care of Anupama. Guruma assures Anupama is now her responsibility. Anupama hugs Toshu and gets emotional and finally walks ahead with Guruma .
Vanraj gifts her a paper plane and asks her not to stop her flight to new beginnings what ever might happen. Anupama smiles thru her tears and Guruma smiles.

Anupama gets a phone call from Anuj and states he does not wish to stop Anupama …. Before he can say anything more she hears CA’s voice screaming “mummy I need you , please come “ Anupama is distraught .
Anuj cuts the line and Anupama calls again.
