A US education is also not 100% that you use your brain. Some are passed through because of sports skills or money or family influence. Anuj is stupid no doubt, but in a class by himself. He has all the material he needs to get custody of CA, but instead he’s letting his life be controlled by a psychopath! And is it just me or does no one else see the looks passing between Vanraj, Barkha and Maya; 3 individuals with nothing AND everything in common?

i know education does not mean street smart

but with education you get many classmates colleagues who can help you with ideas and money that helps in world

why is anuj not taking others advice to get out of maya blackmail or a lawyer etc

i am sure a man like anuj or ankush know good lawyers or police or professionals who can davice correct

why use his non existant brains in maya matters

seeing him handles shah so long we know the guy has no social skills to handle relatives or complications in relations

the only person he can be strict and shout is kapadiyas like ankush adhik malvika barkha we know that

Similarly Ram Kapoor did when Priya supposedly died 🤣 in BALH-1, he was always shown powerful but was shown so dumb and weak when they had to take a leap 😂😂

The character of Anuj was written as extremely idealistic and fantastical, compared to the rest of the characters of the show (regressive and abusive characters like Vanraj-Leela, thankless ingrates like Anupamaa's children or even someone simple minded and traditional like Anupamaa is far more realistic).

When the initial high ended, they ran out of ideas on how to portray Anuj in a mature and thoughtful way going ahead and thus they ended up with a big businessman who is completely hopeless and immature despite having access to all the resources one could have.
