We can’t take the episode or track standalone.Now Anuj don’t trust Anupama for maltipal reasons. 4. Ankush and Barkha live separate outside Kapadia Mansion albeit with some inheritance/loan from Anuj before leaving.

5. Kapadia Mansion, Empire falls on Anupama who generously distributes it among her children.

6. 5/6ths of the property washes out owing to the genius owners.

1/6th that Pakhi-Adhik inheritance is forced to support the clan.

7. Kinjal by Heaven's Mistake actually listens to Rakhi and leaves Shah House to stay at Dave's with her mother, Rakhi.

8. She still has matkas to take care you see, aged Hansmukh-Leela, Dence Ekedemy, food and errands for her married or grownup "kids".

I love one and two. 1/6th, 7th. 8th. But I wouldn’t want Anuj to leave Anu that much wealth. She has no business sense. It is still his adopted parents hard earned wealth.
Leave it in a trust for choti to have one day, Malvika but do not leave more than few thousand rupees, lakh if one must to Anu in divorce but no more. I rather, she goes broke once the money runs out saving Toshu and Mr. Shah.
