Novelty in Transferring Property ❓❓❓

Helllooooo Friends,

Everyone has enjoyed MaAn wedding functions; this wedding was very special bcoz, at each and every function, makers have tried to set some new trends. haldi, mehandi,maa daan …… I won't comment. But transferring property papers on the very first day of the wedding by Mr. Kapadia is really exemplary ( I suppose, Such a thing has not happened since before) and has proved his love for Anupama which is incomparable, unparalleled, unmatched……….I think these many words are enough.😃

Sorry, I did not like this concept at all. BTW why was Mr. Kapadia in hurry? Couldn’t he wait for a few days? Is he afraid ki Anu chor ke naa bhaag jaaye; waise hi badi muskil se iss age mei shaadi hui hai. 😉

Apne spouse ko aap apni property me share de sakte ho, nothing wrong in that, par yahan in case me anupama ke ghar aate hi jaise sab use de diya anuj ne it's really really weird..itni koi jaldi nahi thi..50% bhi de sakta tha..par nahi yahan har cheej extreme level par hoti hai..waise bhi anupama ka past record itna badhiya hai documents ko lekar ke uspar easily bharosa kiya ja sakta hai..so I think anuj ne wahi kiya hai🤓

Agar aapke partner ko aappar trust hai to wo hamesha rahega aap property transfer karo ya nahi karo..or jahan trust nahi hoga wahan aap sab kuch dedo tab bhi nahi hoga..

As usual you are amazing Kiya!👏Ghar ka surprise kam tha jo ek hi din me itna bada shock bhi de diya to an already overwhelmed bride! But makers don't give a damn! The way they have butchered Anu, Anuj and Malvika all the three characters with one stroke is mind boggling! 💔

In my personal opinion transferring everything seems to be a foolish move. He could have given a share of it. A girl leaves everything to come to her husband's house. But giving everything is a big NO, what about his sister, his Kaka? If he would have been alone and Anupama had the technical know-how, I would not have any issue. But here they are trying to give a message that to make your partner secure you have to give away everything which is contradicting the previous episodes. Anupama felt secured with him even when he was on footpath. About the money spending part, Anuj could have kept some for monthly expenses and asked her to manage it.

I am totally with ekta on this matter that writers are not given the creative freedom that they should be. I was rewatching the earlier episodes and it looks like they have hired some stuntsman to write the concepts. Also one more interesting thing is DKP follows every major cast member even the newly Kapadia clan members but not GK? Strange!!! Don't know how much true it is but my guess is Phriend did not want the role of the protagonist to go to someone else which why we were forced with those crappy episodes and now the addition of newly Kapadia members also seems like a huge conspiracy to me. PH knows very well that they can't kick GK out, so butchering his character in such a way that people wont give 2 cents about him in few days and then they can bring the asli hero with a bang..I do hope before that GK himself leaves the show. There were many ways to move the show. We all have suggested so many plots and if they wanted SH to be involved why are they so afraid to address the issues of prequel? Why are they so afraid to show hero as the way he should be portrayed?

I do not trust the PH even -1%. But still GK's character has 10% charm left. The day it falls below 5% am out.

On the very first day why? All of it why again? and why in general? I dont think it was needed.

I think Komal asked this yesterday on a diff thread too if it is ok for a wife or husband to do this - transferring business. I think no, no one should.

I would have been ok with a joint owner bit but not the whole thing. If this was done to show women empowerment, then it was the silliest bit. If it was done to make her secure, then sure, but not this way. There were better ways - he could've named the house to her, or could have gifted her the restaurant business in total or FDs etc

I'm not going to say or comment on her capability based on her education status because I dont think degrees make you better - on the job training works best more often than not. So instead of this, they could've shown him training her, showing her how it is done rather than transferring it at the drop of the hat

He made the same mistake once and got a lot of flak for it. Again? Sure many said that this move could be because he knows he is emo and Anu isn't - but I don't think that's right. She is equally emo when it comes to family. But ofc, this track has been introduced for out and out property drama. So well that's that.

On the creative bit, there's something way off. They have butchered all characters to passify one person. And if you do see, it is his own charac arc that has been spoilt to no return. They were never so toxic. The whole writing has fallen apart and that's why we see this supposed revamp. This was never a part of the plan but well! to top it all, prequel did worse things. so now the friend's charac is beyond any repair. Why did they do this is way beyond me!

On the DKP bit, I saw people tweeting about it. Well, it is the PR team managing it and they don't do a decent job even with the posts. and they don't follow the creative director of this show either LOL,so whatevzz but yea weird for sureeee!

If anything, the revamp, the love and appreciation is because they know who the "hero" is, so all in all it is GK's gain and SP's loss - ofcourse, them shutting the show in near future will be SP's gain in a way - but by then i'm sure both RG and GK would've bagged something better! They are extremely talented people and have managed to keep us on board even with the crappy script and i'm more than certain, they will get their due. ❤️❤️

You are on point as usual Sam❤️...but I think the whole transfer of property thing is done purely to bring drama in the future...I don't think it can have any other logical reasoning....

Honestly, don't understand what lesson or women empowerment are they trying to show. Ask Rupali herself what makes her more proud, her rich husband giving her all his riches or she earning and having an identity.

I felt they butchered yet again MaAn with this transfer gimmick..what did Anu do to earn all those riches, she married Anuj and gave him her tan, man (not sure, it's still with SH, let it be) and dhan (she doesn't have). And she is not gold digger, where is equality amongst Maan. She feels proud to sign 11 lakh and not give hisaab but it's not your money when will you realise that.

Does this mean now Anuj will ask permission, look to Anu for every expense. Why can't both be partners with equal signing authority.. his duties towards his sister including her financial needs, let them rest in grave (apologize for harsh words, but that's sad truth)

Take example even of riches.. Ambani's his daughter had 1/3 share in way, so much money. Does she feel that's it, that's her identity. NO. She joined him in business took charge of JIO and that's how she empowered herself. And here is super rich Anupama who is not gold digger but her only way to become empowered was to marry Anuj..and her behaviour, self respect when she is in SH with Baa and her Laadla.. no comments...

I guess I was wrong in thinking this serial will be different than rest unlike ITV but oh this is so run of the mill, as regressive as other and at times worst to earn the number one position..
