Her behavior says thats she has mental issues. The issue is very deep and is related to Anupama. Lets see what future story opens up.

More than being psycho, I think she is traumatized about her parents’ death and Anuj is somehow involved in that. Hence, Anuj is guilty about the issue and he feels responsible for Malvika. Malvika’s possessiveness about Anuj and GK can also stem from the fact that she lost her parents. Anyways Anuj will narrate his story to Anupama tomorrow hopefully and I can’t wait for that… Gaurav is going to be awesome portraying Anuj’s breakdown 😭😭♥️♥️
