eye contact, nod/affirmation- depth of understanding in simple gesture

In yesterday’s episode in middle of all chaos, confusion and fight getting the family issues out in open, both Anu and Anuj had a eye lock, where Anuj indicated to her that it was time for her and him to leave. She just understood what he meant there. Her responsibility was over there and it was up to Shah parivaar to resolve the issues.. she agreed and nodded in affirmation. That one simple gesture spoke volumes for me, it reflected the growth of their relationship, the understanding and maturity this relation has. Kudos to writers for this. This is in sharp contrast to the lack of understanding now betweEn Anu and Vanraj. They had earlier shown that when it came to parents and children, they had single voice on many occasions, but now they are on different alien planets.
