Concept to wohi hai jo sreemoye ka hai aur wohi anupama ka hai. Actually anupama is remake of bengali version . Waise agar khuch character ko diferent tareeke se hindi aur bengali version bhale hi dikhaya ho but msg dono version mein same hi hai.

Jo bhi ho yaar bas ye anuj ki bimari wala track na ho....ek to ye bahut cliche hai dusra ye ki ye track ott ho jayega. Bechari anupama ko itni mushkilo baad khushi milegi aur wo chhinne ka dar laga rahega

In Bengali version Anupama had a brain disease, but in Hindi version she has had Ovarian cancer, which, even if ovaries are not removed, will stop the ovaries from producing eggs normally. Additionally she is 43 now (was 42 when the show started) and heading menopause so a pregnancy can be risky.

Why is it necessary for a child to arrive to establish the completeness of a relationship?

I would rather want MaAn to enjoy each other's company and make up for lost time than have a child and see Anupamaa go into mahaan-maata mode.

For test tube baby also woman needs to have good responding ovaries who can generate good quality eggs!

Only good quality eggs and sperms can create blastocysts( fertilised seed which implants itself in uterus).

In anupama’s case , she had ovarian cancer so even if ovaries are not removed, no injection protocol of IVF can help to create high quality eggs!

IVF and natural process both follows same core concept that fertilisation of egg and sperm , only difference is in natural process fertilisation of sperm and egg happens during sex and in IVF , they retrieve woman’s egg from the overy and then mix it with husband’s sperm !

In any of the way, it’s all about good quality egg and sperm !

This is looking nice apart from the whole brain issue with Anuj

I want them to get married without any majboori. I want anu to feel ecstatic and happy about the fact that she is falling in love and getting married.
