Writers messing with kinjal's character

Why are the writers bent on messing with kinjal's character?

She has always been shown to be a fair and assertive person who always spoke her mind despite who she spoke to. She is the most balanced character in the show.

So, why is she allowing Rakhi and Paritosh to bully her into moving out. She is smart enough to know that if toshu left without her, rakhi will send him back as she does not want him without kinjal. She also knows that toshu does not have anything to make it on his own and without kinjal, he may not even have a job with Rakhi. So why is kinjal allow herself to be bullied by her moron hubby?

Today she did refuse to go. Amd as per the SBS segment, I saw, I think Toshu has moved out alone. Hope this is true. I want to see now what is Rakhi's reaction. Whether she will allow Toshu to stay in the pent house without kinjal. Because her main purpose was to get ki jal away from that house, bit if kinjal doesn't shift, then her full plan backfires. I want her to throw Toshu out of penthouse, ki bina meri beti ke tumhari yahan rehne ki aukaat nahi hai.

And then BOOM we have Vanraj 2.0

Toshu will blame all that on Kinjal and Anupama that's it's all their fault that he didn't get to stay at the pent house.

Mainly I just wish Kinjal to divorce him and continue living with HasLee, Jignesh and Anupamaa (others are optional, can join if they like). She is not dependent on Rakhi because she has a self-acquired career.

Paritosh can stay out for as long as he likes, because ultimately Rakhi will fire him and also evict him from the penthouse.

They're not messing Kinjal's character. She's a newly married women who has just stepped into the real world. She's still learning how to navigate through it all. Confusion or a few missteps are natural. They make her human & thank God for that. I'd hate for her to become an always-perfect, mahaan Anupamaa 2.0

If kinjal was leaving for practical reasons then that would be no problem. Kinjal, a strong independent woman giving into the bullying of her no good husband is making her Anupama 2.0. Kinjal really wants to live with the family and should not let toshu dictate her, like Anupama used to allow Vanraj

Where did you see her getting bullied?

She needs time to think things over and demanded it. She stood her ground. It's completely okay to be confused, needing time, or making short-term bad decisions. Those things make Kinjal human. Extremely glad she isn't an all-knowing mahaatma like Anupamaa with her 5-page lectures over every issue. Kinjal's reactions & confusions are relatable & natural.
