Anupamaa Written Update 29 Jun 2021

Episode begins with Kinjal getting irritated with the work over load from office and also the pressure of housework . Paritosh returns from work and tries to console and calm Kinjal but she remains put off .

Kavya is very much loving the clashes between Baa and Kinjal and the aftermath and informs Rakhi about Kinjal’s plight . She invites Rakhi to come n witness how Kinjal retorted back to Baa and how Kinjal was being forced to become Anupama .

Babuji tries to persuade Baa to guide the new bahu with love and not keep criticising her . To try n let her learn gradually n encourage her n not find faults every time .

Anupama realises Kinjal’s plight and feels guilty about it

Rakhi arrives at Shah house and creates ruckus with Baa Babuji and Anupama for making Kinjal slog in kitchen just like they did to Anupama .. She attacks Anupama for forcing Kinjal to take her role and threatens to file police case of torture against Shah family n Anupama .

All are shocked , Kavya smirks cunningly. Babuji and Vanraj ask Rakhi to calm down .

Rakhi states it was wrong to make Kinjal slog in the kitchen . Anupama agrees but add it was wrong to argue n remain adamant on that matter.
Anupama apologises to Kinjal for what ever happened today and assures her Kinjal will never become Anupama .
