Episode begins with Shah family waiting for Anupama to return home with the herbs for making tea
Anupama Teutons and watches the family all ready with her fav dishes like Dhokla , pani Puri etc they welcome her lovingly faking huge smiles . Anupama acts along and takes the pani Puri and drinks up the chai Pakhi had made for her .she asks them tk make her happier , she wanted to be as happy as they could make her .
Soon they’re realise Anupama was p,aging along with them, she knew their smokes were fake , Anupama then confronts them for their fake smiles and going all out to make her happy . She berates them for hiding facts about her illness and that their presumption that Anupama will not come to know of her illness if they fake happiness and hide facts from her . She had come tk know everything she declares . She was. It frightened by her illness neither was she worried , she had gone through so much pain all her life , she had borne the pain of losing her father in childhood, she was pained when her academic career was put to an end by her early marriage , she had borne the pain of bearing three children . She had endured pain when her children got hurt , she had endured the pain of betrayal by her husband , (glares at Vanand he looks at her guiltily ) so this pain of liness was nothing for her .
lshe was hurt by the fact the family hid facts from her n faked their happiness ,
She wa ted tk be happy with them and enjoy life to the fullest but with honesty . Baa says sorry n feeds her dhokla with her hands , Anupama forgives her baa and eats out of her hand n gets emotional n hugs her baa
Baa too gets emotional and so does the entire family , Nandini, Pakhi and Samar apologise . Mama ji and Vanraj too apologise . They al, the;have moments of fun masti n enjoyment and great time together .
Kavya’s stare at Anupamaa’s happy family moments is noticed by Vanraj but he chooses to ignore her n carry on enjoying with his family .
She gets furious with Vanraj that he has not yet clarified whether he wants tk sty with his family or marry Kavya . She decides to stop living in this dilemma and ask him to decide for one and for all either his family or Kavya . As Kavya is cursing Vanraj Dr Advait spots her . He notices her feeling annoyed at the sight of Shah fami,y enjoying themselves . He asks her who she was n what was she doing there , She introduces her self as Vanraj’s..... she stops .. Advait again asks ..she was Vanraj’s what ?? Kavya says she was Vanraj’s friend l Advait suggests she gets some therapy to calm down and asks her to accompany him.
