Vanraj is said to be 48 years old I think. He said has been working with the company for 30 years. So he completed high school at 18 and just joined the company. Never went to college or what. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

He may done a part-time while completing degree. His parents do seem to come from a humble background.

It makes sense though. He was 48 when the show started and with 25 years of marriage just completed, may have been 24 when married and Anupamaa was 18 maybe. So he could have easily been working beginning as an intern or something when he was 19

He mentioned during anniversary preps that when AnuRaj originally got married, he took only few hours of leave to come home, marry and return to office which meant he has been working for a very long time.

Though Vanraj's dedication to work since day 1 is evident this is also a parallel of how Anupamaa has also been a good wife since day 1 but was abandoned by him when she was not pretty anymore, so Karma is biting him back by him being targeted for firing because he is not productive to the company anymore.

I hope the makers eventually do that, he needs a taste of his own medicine.
