Anupamaa Written Update 22 Dec 2020

The episode begins with Vanya having breakfast of bread butter etc, they have a face off over financial issues. She wants him to share the expenses of her dream house but he expresses inability since he had to bear the expenses of his parents kids , bahu and upcoming son’s wedding. Rakhi asks him not to worry about Kinjal as she was herself rich. Van retorts back that he was not ready to take on extra burden at this juncture . Kavya gets infuriated that she was feeling like a burden while Anupama’s children n her parents were his responsibility. Van gets enraged when she mentions Anupama, when he was already suffering because of Anirudh. He warns her that she better get a divorce from Anirudh and become free only then is she allowed to discuss Anupama with him

VanYa have angry face off .

At Anu’s house Baa is enjoying the supply of food from Rakhi n still taunting Rakhi n Kinjal . Kinjal ignores her and gets busy romancing with Toshu . Baa gets embarrassed at KinTos coochie cooing and wonders if she would have to remain in ghunghat hence forth .

Rakhi is leaving Shah house and warns Anu that today Kinjal took Anu’s side but soon Rakhi will make sure Kinjal takes Her side . Anu states she was getting late for her IV and rushes off on the mobike with Samar.

At office Vanraj gets infuriated when their new boss sends a letter for Van to Kavya instead of him. She is shocked to read that because of the company’s new policies Van could lose his job unless he made good the losses the company suffered because of losing clients n deals in the last six months.

Van is shocked and so is Kavya. Van fears he might lose his job while Kavya enjoyed no such threat, he accuses her of being the new boss’s favourite. Kavya feels this accusation was baseless but he fumes n stomps out of the office.
At the school Anupama feels hesitant n scared to renter the same place where from she was thrown out earlier . Soon she gathers courage herself n on encouragement from Samar. She accidentally collided with the principal and makes her fall and get a blunt injury . Anupama already feels guilty , she then faces accusation from the principal for being irresponsible n late on her previous employment.
the Principal states she herself had been a housewife n wanted to support n encourage struggling housewives but Anupama did not have that commitment. Did she deserve a second chance ??
Anupama states last time she was working just because if her dreams n ambitions , but this time she has to work because she had the responsibility of the baa Babuji and three children’s financial expenses on her shoulders, she could not falter this time .
after much pondering by the principal and assurances from Anupama ‘s side she comes outnof the school looking dejected.

Samar is disappointed too, but Anu assures they will try elsewhere.
moments later Principal comes out of office n hands Anupama the name tag of her new post as SUPW regular teacher , 8-2 PM Mon-Fri.

Anupama is very grateful to the principal and thanks God too.,

Samar n Anu get into a happy jig right in front of the school as s they are both overjoyed .

The episode ends with Ban suffering set backs at office n threats of losing his job while Anupama takes baby steps n moves ahead .

At Kavya’s house, she asks Vanraj to tell Anupama and Rakhi that he would be unable to spend money at his son’s wedding.

At Anu’s house Rakhi informs Shah family that she would bear the entire expenses for the wedding of KinTosh. Anu and Van feels embarrassed. Baa butts in and reprimands that they were not incapable of getting their son married. They would manage.
