Both Hindi and Marathi is by same maker Ranjan Shahi

Sanjana and her husband has a son it's not vnaraj child they fighting because of the child sanjana son wants full custody and she too

So, I come to a conclusion that Hindi and Marathi versions are little different in terms of story flow. Characterization of Marathi Anupama is much better than the Hindi version (fr some reason, I am not surprised)

From what I heard, Samar in Marathi version knew about the affair and did convey it to Anuapama there but she did not believe him.

Rajan shahi is producer of both marathi version as well as hindi version that is why get to see most similarity between marathi version and hindi version

Since marathi version started much before hindi version so marathi version ki story 4,5 month aagey chal rahi hai in comparison to hindi version

It is much better as there Arundhati doesn't cry buckets of water like Anupama but I suppose they have made both versions based on their target audience hence OTT is necessary in hindi.

Not sure about that one as mother did confront their sons post revealation. I have been following the show regularly from the episode family comes to know of affair. Both sons came to know about affair before remarriage and daughter before proposal drama.

Currently both are at same track wife got job and husband job at risk. Due to covid show launch was delayed and lot of tracks were skipped. In marathi wife comes to know about affair after 140 episodes here it was much before.
