Kavya's insecurities

I think the reason why Kavya gets so insecure is because V has committed Infidelity. And cheaters will always be cheaters, they can never be trusted. Fitrat nahi nadalti kisiki. So in her subconscious mind she knows that Vanraj is with her because of his ego not because he's in love with her.

The most immoral deed of kavya is not having an affair with a married man rather it's the pretense of being Anu's saheli and trying to manipulate anu's child against her.

Yep he's a cheater plus Kavya knows deep down that he didn't actually even want to leave Anu and his family for her...

It was partly her act of moving into Shah family's house (exposing the affair to Anu), and then Rakhi's act of shaming her and Vanraj at the resort (exposing the affair to the whole family) that basically forced "Vee" to leave Anu and come to Kavya...

Kavya knows that if all this didn't happen Vanraj wouldn't even be with her now, hence she is always terrified that he may run away any minute if he gets the chance 😆...
