Exactly!!! Sakti and Revathi was only characters that make sense in AA and they totally ruined it!!!! Damn it now they do it again in pagal nilavu...

Friday Update:
Chids asking Reva and son to move to different location.Subha doesn't support his idea.Reva in thinking mode.

Karthik comes to college. Jr Reva is worried seeing him limping. She dashes to him to check his health. Karthik tells the truth Prabha with his men hurt him. Jr.Reva gets mad at Prabha.She updates Jr Sakthi and warns her not to talk to Prabha anymore.

Jr Sakthi in canteen ignoring Prabha. Sorry guys no strong background/chemistry between these two. Maybe I'm a cynical human being but falling in love just because he is morai payyan doesn't look good.I loved how they developed A and A love story .It was cute and romance was over flowing in those scenes. But between Prabha and Sakthi I don't see any strong chemistry. What is with Sakthi acting so docile and submissive. Anyway back to the story Prabha enquires why she is not talking to him.She ask him about sending rowdies to hit Karthik. He gives the same lame explanation and she gets convinced (Huhh... ) .

Back to college campus Karthik and Prabha saval vitting each other .
and some re-run of all the fight sequence.

Koncham urupidiya romance kaamingappa. Please bring back original Reva and Sakthi. Actually Stalin can play Prabha and Reva can play Sakthi's character and other 2 can be played by Aandal and Alagar. I miss the old team and star cast.

Agreed. If anything, it looks more like an abusive relationship. If Sakthi doesn't want to talk to him, so be it...why is Prabha threatening her to talk to him? And his explanation for beating up Karthik also seems flimsy at best.😡

When they announced this show, I expected the show to go something like this:

Sakthi's son would be the one trying to put the family together, while Reva's son refuses due to past history. Sakthi's son would be disappointed by how his father treats his family versus how proud Reva's son would be of his mom. There would be an interesting parallel between a son who has a father but who's father isn't totally loving (because of Malar's past ploys) versus a son who grows up with no father at all but was brought up by a very loving mom. That would be the commonality between the bros - their moms are super caring in their own ways.

And then AA's daughters get their own separate reunite the family track, in which one sister (Reva) is against reuniting the family) because she doesn't like how Reva treated her dad and she doesn't like what her uncle did. She thinks it is better to stay clear of the madness. Sakthi, though is a romantic, and she does want to get the family together. Eventually both reunite the family tracks will merge with everyone trying to convince Reva's son - which will eventually work (along the way, love will blossom).

Then the next part of the story will be Reva's son & junior Reva trying to convince Reva - before realizing that some things cannot be fixed, they can only be healed. But all of their hard work goes to hell in a handbasket when Aaru's family gets involved - leading to a situation where Reva's son marries junior Reva (cue all the drama), which then has far reaching consequences on everyone else - especially Praba & junior Sakthi...and so on and so forth.

Instead, we are getting a very typical tamil serial cliche: son vs son clash because first wife vs second wife cliche and morra ponnu & morrai paiyan cliche.👎🏼
